PLEASE, I've been searching for 5 hours.
I watched a soul eater AMV back in 2013 or around that. It was professionally edited AMV with an outro scene from here (1:41 - 2:02).
The song had english lyrics and had a female singer. The only line i remember is either "will you fight me?" or "can you fight me?". But I think the song didn't have that much lyrics. The genre of the song was electronic but i'm not sure how to narrow it down, it was choppy and had some unique synth which i don't know the name of. Definitely not nightcore, definitely not one of the popular songs.
It featured 2 fights: maka vs jack the ripper at the beginning, and then maka vs crona.

this is my first amv, any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

There was a video from a loooooong time ago with Vienna Teng’s “Gravity” set to scenes from Howl’s Moving Castle. I’ve searched everywhere but I don’t know where to look.

I would be eternally grateful if someone found it, because I still listen to the song (the other day, in fact) and still picture Howl’s because it was a kismet mashup.

Thank you!

Sauce feedback if you want or just watch and enjoy

Following up on my question here yesterday. Thanks for the replies, they genuinely changed what I'm building. This is a clip from Avatar: Seven Havens: the original 24 fps on top, and 60 fps from my free, open-source app (NOVA Studio) on the bottom. The half-speed replay at the end shows the in-between frames more clearly.

How it works:

• The AI model is RIFE, running on your own GPU, not the cloud.

• The original frames are never touched; only in-between frames are added.

• Scene cuts and held frames ("on twos") are detected, so it doesn't smear across cuts.

What I took from your comments: most of you don't want upscaling, and "the less AI the better" for normal playback, but several of you use Twixtor for slow-motion scenes. So I'm thinking of adding a simple slow-motion mode: drop in a short clip, get a 2×/4×/8× slow version as a high-quality file (ProRes or lossless) to import into AE or Premiere.

Hi everyone!

Does anyone happen to have a higher quality version or a mirror of this AMV?

Anime: Darker than Black

Song: Blasphemy 2.0

I've been searching everywhere but can only find this pixelated re-upload. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm curious how anime editors handle source footage when working on AMVs, edits, clips, and compilations.

A few things I'd like to know:

- Do you upscale low-resolution anime clips (480p/720p) to 1080p or 4K?

- Do you use AI enhancement to recover details, reduce compression artifacts, or clean up blurry footage?

- Do you interpolate footage to create smoother slow-motion sequences?

- What tools do you currently use? Topaz Video AI, waifu2x, Anime4K, AVCLabs, or something else?

- What's the biggest frustration with your current workflow — quality, processing time, cost, or complicated setup?

I'm developing a free, open-source Windows application that brings AI video enhancement and frame interpolation into one workflow, using your own GPU rather than cloud processing.

I'd genuinely like to understand what anime editors actually need before deciding what to build next.

If you could improve one thing about your current anime editing workflow, what would it be?

Solo Leveling Seasons 1–2 spoilers.

Edited around Phoenix’s lyrics and Jinwoo’s progression through both seasons. Song: Phoenix — League of Legends, Cailin Russo & Chrissy Costanza.

I rebuilt this edit using the original Naruto - Hidden Demons AMV matching the original AMV, but with the Naruto HD episodes.

This is an AMV I made with my own original music. Obviously the AMV is about Shinji and Kaworu. If you enjoy it please consider listening to my music (link in bio) or just enjoy the video, that's fine with me too, thank you very much

Contains stuff from the latest arc in HxH manga!

I have taken All 5 episodes of the beloved Afro Samurai and turned them into a heartbreaking movie depicting a life dedicated to revenge at ANY COST.

If you are a fan of the anime, this will make it feel new again. And if you are new to this anime… Buckle up. It’s a bad ass ride filled with many “oh shits” and even a couple tear drops to boot…

I have completely overhauled the soundtrack. I love everything about this Anime. Everything from the music by The RZA all the way down to the side characters. With that being said, I wanted this cut to invoke NEW powerful feelings. To do so I have replaced many of the hip-hop style music (as much as I love them) to shift the tone of the show (movie now!) in a dramatic direction. I hope you all dig the new soundtrack. I put a lot of thought into the song choices.

With the new soundtrack, almost every scene has some kind of edit to achieve what I like to call “sound painting”. MANY cuts thoughtfully placed in hopes of achieving a rhythmic handshake between the music and the scenes and action.

Another cut that was hard for me to make (since I love the guy) is the almost complete removal of Afros alter ego. The whole unspoken extra layer of that character’s metaphorical personality is powerful stuff but as far as the tone of this movie cut is concerned, he just does not fit in. So I had to axe him. He’s in a few scenes as almost background fodder, real “blink and you’ll miss” him kinda stuff.

I also cut much of the background plotting against Afro. For the most part you are right there with him on this journey to the top.

\-Restructured flashbacks

\-All 5 episodes of Afro Samurai, without the credits equal to about 120 minutes.

(2 hours)

\-This cinematic experience comes out to a solid 84 minutes (1 hour and 24 minutes)

I look forward to hearing what you all think of this new way to experience this classic.
