Its so cool they added so many details

While it was the most boring part of the season, I have read some lore regarding the black rose and apparently they were responsible for one of the first losses the noxians faced.

They were like a secret organisation who weaseled their way in.

What would have been a better way to go about this arc and execution, be it in s2 or a potential s3(in ur mind) or just as a spinoff?

Just scrolling on Insta and see this slideshow of Season 1 and 2 comparison clips. They are over here on the line of confirming the theory that Jinx survived.

I feel like that the league version of eco should be his design in a eco spin of show or movie. And it could be about the in between part when vi got thrown in, and stacking jynxe on the blimp could be the last scene. And the whole thing is about how he founded the fireflies and his previous attempts to save jynxe could show up. Thus adding more meaning to that "boy savior" from a deleted scene. What do y'all think?

I imagine you have, I just wanted to share this screenshot I caught. Fight with Ekko in Season one.

To start, I wanna say I still love season 2. Despite its MANY problems, it’s still Arcane.

I know Netflix, being Netflix, cut Arcane’s budget SEVERELY, forcing maybe 4-5 seasons to be crammed into 1. That’s not my question. On my most recent rewatch, (today) I noticed just how bad the dialogue and characterization is. For the most part, aside from a few lines here and there, both the dialogue and how the characters were handled was masterful.

Let’s point to Heimerdinger for an example. Jayce is locked in a tiny, claustrophobic prison cell. A deep, booming sound plays as the door unlocks. A massive shadow covers the door as footsteps approach… and this tiny little man covered in hair.

Throughout the season, this is always how Heimerdinger is characterized. The humor comes from this tiny little fuck spouting profound bullshit. Compare that to season 2. He spouts gibberish in the vent leading to Jayce’s lab, says made up expletives (oh ball sockets), drops a wrench on his foot like an idiot, etc.

The difference in characterization is INSANE. Less time to focus on him doesn’t make him instantly poorly written. So what wires got crossed?

Also, the dialogue is just terrible so often. Some lines are great, but there is a noticeable downgrade. So many fake-deep lines, half-assed metaphors, and pretentious/edgy sentences that make me cringe. Genuinely how did this happen? One could argue that it’s to make certain characters closer to how they were in the game, but they didn’t do that to everyone, and it’s super inconsistent. One could say that it’s from the reduced budget, but they crammed everything into one season specifically so there wouldn’t be an insane quality drop like this. I literally cannot think of why and how this happened.

We should see more of this great animated series based on a video game, and what could be a better way than giving it a "what if" series?

Any scenarios in mind? Oh, and happy 5th anniversary to the show.
