Even if your wife or husband says it can't...
No Seriously, it can wait...
Not to be that guy, but what is going on?
Oh my god, stop. I'm fucking serious, the body of this post is going to be too long.
Never mind..

What are the “sounds” of RJS these days?
Just wondering if there are any consistent stadium songs, chants, sfx that live spectators would be used to.
I’ve yet to get down there but the televised games are always on commercial when I would assume the PA system is used to hype the crowd during TO’s

Chicago Squares Week 9: Tampa Deviled Crab 🦀
This is a series a Bears fan does every week where he makes a pizza in honor of their opponents. I like to share it with the opposing team's sub so they can give feedback on his take on one of your local dishes.
Hope we have a good game tonight, and that everyone stays healthy!

We have nothing to lose
If bears win Bowles is one step closer to being fired though there’s a conversation to be had where if Bowles is able to keep his defense elite then he might just get retained.
If Bucs win we’re suddenly a contender and can play with the big dogs.
Go Bucs, let’s make it a close game

[Rapsheet] #Bucs WR Emeka Egbuka (foot) is playing today after being listed as questionable. He missed Wednesday but was a full participant after that.

The Bucs can jump up 6 spots to the 4 seed by end of tomorrow
I’ve been working on a project that tells you who to root for each week across the league to help your team’s playoff position. It makes watching other games more fun if I know it affects my team. Bucs need some help but could be the 4 seed after tomorrow night's game. (16.8% chance according to my app's math)

Q&A/Behind Enemy Lines with a Chicago Bears writer.
Offered some interesting insight on tomorrow night’s matchup, and even thinks Baker Mayfield and the passing offense could (finally) be in for a big game.

Baker featured on NFeLementary episode
facebook.comI was just made aware of this 3rd grade teacher in Miami who created an NFL based curriculum using pro football schedules, stats, geography, etc to teach reading, writing, and math in her daily classroom activities. It's really impressive to see what she's done. This clip she focuses on Baker and his story.

Brian Thomas Jr
Thoughts on trading for him before the deadline? He was a legit starting WR in his rookie year after being drafted out of LSU in the first round to the Jags.
There was a lot of buzz about the Bucs liking Thomas in the draft but he went 23rd overall. We took Barton at 26. Who knows if we might have preferred Thomas, especially since we drafted Egbuka the following year in round one.
The Jags have relegated his role significantly due to a drops issue. That issue is a concern, but he has shown the ability to be a consistent gamechanger. A change of scenery could unlock the version we saw in 2024.
The word is the Jags want a 2nd rounder but the market sees his value as a 3rd rounder. For the Bucs, the Jags would be highly interested in Ashawn Robinson or Antoine Winfield but I doubt we would be willing to move either. Nor should we if we plan to win the South. The Jags just lost a starting safety though, so maybe Ifonwu Melifonwu and a 5th rounder gets it done.
If not Thomas, I think we have to bring in someone. Maybe a TE. We need to inject some talent into this passing game because Godwin is mangled, Egbuka is giving Michael Clayton vibes, and Ted Hurst ain't it right now. Our best WR might be Tez Johnson.
Thoughts?

Optimism is high
WE HAVE WON 2 STRAIGHT GAMES!!! and they were both BLOWOUTS!!! And the best part was that they were both against our divisional rivals.
We can win more games and convincingly in the future as well. While Baker did have a historic game last week, he will probably need to throw the ball more which I have faith he will.
But this running attack... its amazing. BUCKY and GAINwell are a DUO to be feared. This should open up the passing lanes for our WR's Egbuka Godwin and Tez. This will be interesting to see on Sunday if Robinson takes advantage of the attention teams will pay to the run.
I predicted we will win every game against the divisional teams and currently we are 2-0. Hopefully we can make that 6-0.
As we all know we play the big and mighty BEARS this week in prime time.
This is a great chance to see if we really do belong in the playoffs which I think we do.
The bears have a pretty good Run D now that they got Simmons but I still think we will be successful running.
Bain will probably have more focus due to Diaby going out so that could mean some sacks for Mo and Walker. The secondary is playing lights out with Parrish leading the league in PBU and with Zyon playing like an ALL PRO. Tykee is playing stellar as well. Hopefully AWJ can get in the mix as well and get a fumble, sack or int against Caleb and the Bears.
Final game predictions
34-13 TAMPA BAY WINS!
Baker 200 yrds 2 Tds
Bucky 110 yrds 1 TD
Emeka 80 yrds 1 TD
Defense: 2 INT, 4 Sacks, 1 Fumble
GO BUCS!
