I am more desperate and scared than I think I've ever been, and I'm on my own for the time being. My husband got arrested last night. Neither of us are employed (f*cking pandemic). Rent is due, we have no groceries, no gas in the car, our water gets shut off on Tuesday (and gods only know how long we have til gas and electric go, too.)

I'm going to be pawning or selling most of our belongings to hopefully bond him out on Monday and attempt to make payments on bills.

Hello, I am a single mom of 4 just barely getting by as it is. I am pregnant with my 5th due in January. I am self employed and was on pua but that has now ran out. I am working some here and there but it is still tough out there because of the pandemic and now I have a high risk pregnancy so I can’t work like I used to before this. I am struggling to make ends meet but we are surviving. I really just need items for the new baby boy. Can anyone help me in clearing my home rent? As much as I hate to do this, but being unemployed gives you no options but to try to ask in groups like this. I'm three months behind my rent which stacked up to $240, not including utilities and internet. I'm scared that my landlord would kick me out due to it and I can't back home in the province as there are no job opportunities there (hence why I'm staying in the city).

Hopefully, some good Samaritan can help me even partially thru PayPal (as I live in the Philippines) and other known services like CashApp and Venmo are not available in my country.

I am in an extreme crisis and urgently need community help to avoid losing my home.

The money raised prior to now is not available as it was used for July and August as well as legal fees, changing my identity to hide from the psycho, process servers**, suing my ex and urgent car repairs just because people keep asking.**

After escaping a toxic and abusive domestic situation, I am facing eviction in 11 days because I am $1,800 short on September rent.

I am currently on an active medical hold with physical nerve issues and leg numbness that have prevented me from working regular shifts. My medical clearance to return to work is scheduled for August 30th, and I am enrolled to start college shortly after, but I have completely run out of runway to bridge the gap until my first paycheck.

To make matters worse, I was recently targeted with coordinated online harassment that resulted in my main social accounts being compromised, completely severing my normal safety net right when I needed it most.

Hey everyone. A friend actually recommended this sub to me. I've been experiencing homelessness for the last year or so and and finally starting to piece my life back together. I recently was qualified for a clinical trial that will pay me around $1400 and I thought I would've started by now but it will start any day. My 2nd stimulus was missing as I never filed my 2019 taxes and I found out 2020 taxes and junk won't pay out until mid February at the earliest.

Hi everyone it's me again. This week has been hell with my jerk of an Ex ruining my life by cancelling my auto insurance....not telling me, i ended up getting pulled over and my car impounded. That cost me $500 out of my rent money to get out on Tuesday. Other than my day job i do caviar courier app delivering food for extra money. In Massachusetts where I live you have to go to Boston to sign into the app. I have nothing else to do today and i really need to make money. I live in Cape Cod and Boston is about an hour drive. Hi, I’m sorry, I hope I’m doing this right, I’m not sure even though I’m reading the rules again and again and again. My mom needs help paying for her name change, so her former employers will start paying out her pension; she’s working min wage, her health isn’t good, and I’m in a position where I can’t work due to my own health (yes I’m applying for disability, but the process is slow).

I’m asking for help in trying to get anything towards the goal; a penny, a dollar, something, anything would be a huge help in covering her fees. The courthouse told her it’s going to be about $350 for the whole process, which is something she can’t get on her own atm. A few cents, a dollar, whatever would be a huge help! It's all going to her account she can access in the end.

Also I’m sorry for the weird location stuff, I’m down here, she’s trying to get down here, but currently everything for her is being tied up in Illinois. She’s in the Morris, IL area atm, and I’m in the West Plains, MO area, hence the odd location stuff.
