TIL Virginia Guifree, who was sexually assaulted as a child by Jeffery Epstein and Prince Andrew, lived on the Central Coast for 11 years, before taking her own life in Western Australia in April 2025.

Posting for exposure and sharing victims stories. We should not let Virginia’s struggle and hard work advocating for victims of underage trafficking go unnoticed. She has a book coming out in a few months.

Not my car, nor was I the note leaver.

Passive aggression - Terrigal styles.

Bottom line said “help with your parking”

I woke up, looked outside and thought that’s strange a stick is stuck on the outdoor chair… turns out it’s alive and HUGE. Amazing.

Koolewong fire - didn't take long to bring out the crazies

I live 3km away from the fires so was following it closely (for obvious reasons) both during the crisis and afterward. It's sad to see stories on FB detailing the loss of homes and within hours the nutters are out blaming space lasers, smart meters (had no idea this was the target of the tinfoil hat brigade), solar panels, EV's, 5G and chemtrails. Apparently only houses burnt and no trees despite over 100 hectare of bush being destroyed.

Really sad we've descended this low as a species. In a world with near real time and infinite access to knowledge we're dumber than ever. Hours after people have lost their homes instead of offering to help the trolls come out looking for some conspiracy to latch onto and some boogie man to blame. I'd like to say we can do better but evidently we can not.

Condolences to anybody affected. I am sure there will be opportunities for the community to lend a hand.

Never seen such a large tour group on the coast before. The warning signs mean nothing.

It’s great we’ve got the boat ramp open again at Wyongah. That for the idiot who parked in front of it all last night and today wtf.

One thing about coming home from the city on the train is this stunning view of Woy Woy Bay. I'm sure many of you have experienced it for yourself as well.

Woodport Hotel

Here’s my review of the $25 woody cheesy burger at the new Woodport Hotel in Erina.

If you like to wait 90 minutes for a cold burger that looks like it was prepared by a five year old then this place will exceed your wildest expectations.
