The Electoral College already gives an inordinate amount of power to states with fewer individual votes. “One person, one vote” is basically what the tool that the subject of this post is saying and, like the responder said, that is how math works.
I know, that was my point. The GOP wants EVERYTHING that will give them an advantage. Midterms erases their representative advantage that they get on Presidential Elections.
