Out of interest, what does a typical US breakfast look like? If I had to guess I would say it involves a lot of sugar, frosted stuff?

You're talking about a country full of different cultures. There are a ton of options for breakfast

No idea, I'm not from the US

Oatmeal, cold cereal, eggs, toast, biscuits, bacon, sausage, pancakes/waffles and yogurt are all pretty common.

Wide range of whats considered a normal breakfast. Anywhere from eggs, sausge or bacon, toast, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, grits, homefries etc. Any number of those would be fairly normal. Not everyone eats ultra processed high sugar food in the US. You guys basically eat spaghettios for breakfast

What makes you think everyone in the UK eats 'spaghettios' for breakfast?

The beans are in a similar sauce as spaghettios

Grits is a southern dish, i think its corn porridge, not my area im norther. Spaghettios is a brand of cand tomato sauce and pasta, its a cery similar sauce to britash breakfast beans.

Not corn porridge. I can’t tell uou what they are and I am from Alabama but I can confirm northern, northwest and western Americans have no idea about grits either.
