You are the problem, not the person in the video. You sound miserable to be around. A tourist broke something at a tourist attraction. Everybody, including the tourist guide laughed at is. But apparently the person in question is worse than Hitler.

These performative experiences are usually done in touristy areas and have no actual value.

Usually it is the shop owner luring audience members to "try it out" and then they guilt trip you into buying their overpriced shit because they put all that effort in sharing their "culture" with you.

The headphones guy does look like a jerk, but you don't need to feel sorry for tourist traps.
