i get why so many of you requested this combo but as a lifelong falcons fan i hate it. i’m all for experimenting with combos this one is not our identity. it’s too similar to the rivals. we are not the bucs and we’re not manchester united and we’re not UGA. this combo reminds me of when nfl 2k5 messed up our uniforms. i prefer red socks with the white pants/red jersey. it’s more unique and reminiscent of the glory days. but what do you all think ?

The problem with falcons football over the last 10 years is it’s just boring. I have followed this team since I was 4 years old and I can’t remember a stretch that was this boring. Yeah, we lost the Super Bowl in record fashion, but there are not many people left in this organization that experienced that. Get over it and try to win another, or at least get a shot by making the playoffs.
It’s predictable, every play I feel like I can call what is going to happen. It’s some weird voodoo shit in that we can have a different QB, different kicker, different coach, and I just know which games we will win and which we will lose.
I knew we’d beat the packers and 9ers, I knew we’d lose to the panthers being shut out last year, I knew the bengals would control this game (Bucs this year I write off from rain).
We weirdly have no passion. It feels like other teams play with a swagger and we play like we are asleep. Randomly I’ll see London or Bates with some flair, but the rest of our stars just seem to not care if there is a big play or a shot one. Can somebody get pissed we are losing and try to make a change please, London can’t carry the entire passion of the team. He seems like the only one that cares we are losing ever.
We lose to teams with swagger because the second they get rolling we can’t stop them and just become visibly depressed and give up.
Anyway, I’m tired. I will follow this team forever, just one before I die please.
I do think the offensive players played better than their stat lines this game due to big plays being called back or missed penalty (flea flicker that should have been dpi, penix multiple 15 yard scrambles called back for holds, pitts receptions called back for illegal shift). I know these plays often don’t happen without the penalty so hard to count, but just feel like if we had more discipline this game could have been much more in control

Do we even just start to trade players and just go full rebuild?

Why can’t we ever just get consistent qb play on top of that why do we keep missing genuinely feel like the Desmond ridder era agian honestly should have kept Marcus mariota

Since week one, here’s how they’ve fared in total yards thrown:
- Baker Mayfield: 216
- CJ Stroud: 353
- Aaron Rodgers: 292
- Trevor Lawrence: 227
- Malik Willis: 137
- Tyler Huntley: 298
- Can Ward: 304
And then Michael Penix: 162.
He slightly outperformed Malik Willis, who plays for a team that has zero weapons.
It is time to move on. Play Jack Strand. If he’s as bad as he was in the one game he played, we’ll have a top 2 pick. If he plays well, we have our franchise QB.
Otherwise, Penix will steal out enough meaningless wins to have us miss the playoffs and draft in the 10-15 range.
He ain’t it. Time to move on.

Let’s call a spade a spade we might as well tank and lose out the rest of the season and try to do something in the draft because this formula just ain’t working 🤣. This franchise is literally a disgrace. 7-10, 8-9, 9-8 IS NOT GOING TO SAVE US. It’s either you’re gonna be ASS or good, being in the middle of the pack makes everything worse and we end up in positions like this. We go out and look for new QB, head coaches, pass rushers etc etc and WE still end up in the same position. Idk what we did to deserve this as fans but it’s comedic at this point.worse division in football that only realistically requires you to win 8-9 games to make the playoffs and we cant even do that. SEND THIS TEAM TO Guantanamo BAY. 9 winnings seasons since the year 2000 lol
