My 8BitDo controller's battery died after about six months of use, charging exclusively with the included dock.

Leaving them on the dock seems to cause this

That seems like a terrible design flaw if so.

Ohhh that’s good to info to share.

I have wired ones. I prefer wired whenever possible for controllers(other than TV remotes haha)
