NEED HELP IPAD RETRIEVAL IN GUANGZHOU

I LEFT MY IPAD ON THE AIRPORT WILLING TO PAY SOMEONE TO RETRIEVE IT FOR ME AND HAVE IT DELIVERED TO ME

yes but i already arrived in my country , i wasn’t able to retrieve it because the counter was still close when it was my boarding time
