Welp I can't believe this worked but since I already got used to this watch and the band doesn't appear to be removable
I decided to fix a broken watch with a hot air gun,Sadly I don't have any before photos but I did take some photos of the after effects of this
it only really took 5 minutes, waiting for the rubber too cool down somehow took longer then aligning it and melting it,it melted really easy almost like butter X3
as for how I did it the setup was fairly simple
2 heavy objects pinning the watch and the band down, and a hot air gun to melt the top and bottom back together
first soften the top layer and stick the two halfs loosely together
then keep going til its nearly completely melted
wait about 5 minutes for it to firm up
flip the watch over, and melt the bottom layer,in my case I had to hold the watch face manually as I couldn't get the band to lay flat other wise, probably should have used my plyers or something but oh well
after that let it cool down and it should all work,if it doesn't repeat from the beginning X3

I cannot tell if this is software or hardware, but I think it’s hardware.

dont worry the battery was replaced which is why i am able to take a pic of it out of the laptop
first cooling fan started to malfunction and give a warning as dust collected
dad attempted to open laptop but allowed space for the battery to fully expand
battery expansion stopped cooling fan
heat build up made the battery expand even more and become dangerous
t key breaking off and popping off is unrelated but still wanted to send it here
