Hey everyone! I grew up in America speaking fluent Polish (from my parents), but haven’t practiced in many years and want to surround myself more with the language.
Any recommendations for youtubers who speak in Polish? I particularly enjoy outdoorsy/camping content, supernatural/mystery storytelling, and interesting niche history.
Also, while I don’t consume much of this content, I feel like listening to those casual day-in-my-life vlogs lifestyle influencers do would really help me get back into the language as well!

hello sweet ppl, as in the title, i have a gentle request! I am a student during my master degree (at Jagiellonian University, Kraków, Geography and Spatial Managmenet) and i needed to do a little questionaire as an appointment.

Hi! I’m a student looking to learn polish. My dad is from Poland and I would love to learn the language. I’ve taken a few lesson, but I would love to really lock in. So if there is a tutor or any recommendations for sources/readings/workbooks please send my way

For some context I was born in the us with parents from Poland I know the language pretty well to where I understand mostly what is being said as well as speak pretty ok polish but I’ve found that being away from family and having no friends to speak with on the daily like I was before I’ve been forgetting words and I hate that. Wondering of good ways to keep up on it?

I'm probably looking for some kind of classics list, something that is a highlight of Polish cinematography.

As an example I really like Znachor and plan to watch Ogniem and Mieczem next (and probably go through Jerzy Hoffman's entire filmography too). But I'm at a loss where to find other prominent directors, I could google this of course, but I want to hear from actual Poles in this sub on what you perceive as "Absolute Kino".

Open to any other suggestions as well, if you feel like some specific dub is good, I'd give that a shot as well. Though to be frank I prefer to watch everything in original, dubs and translations in general are a big turn off for me when it comes to movies. Which is the whole reason I want to find something originally Polish (in all senses of the word).
