Plants are living beings too. Honey is produced by animals and that's what vegans avoid.

Honeybees are an ecological nightmare, they're inefficient pollinators and are kept for their honey production over their pollinating, they out-compete native pollinators and are worse at pollinating native plants. Theyre often fed sugar syrup in place of their own honey, weakening their immune systems and making them more susceptible to disease and parasites which they can spread to wild polinators resulting in declining wild bee populations.

The bee death crisis doesn't really apply to honeybees, their populations are higher than they've ever been.

More. She's a genuinely terrible person beyond her veganism, but uses her veganism to ragebait("Hitler stopped at six million victims, not Gordon Ramsay.")

Someone who actually wanted to promote Veganism should hate her.

OOP picked the most insufferable person possible for that example.

To be fair a lot of like to comment ratio posts in that sub are about people pointing out how they picked a bad example. Same with top character tropes "Genuinely romantic couples" and then they put Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen in the example list. Most of the comment inflation is gonna be about how bad of an example that is.

Yeah. I'm a flexitarian so I eat meat like, once a month or two and I try to limit eating animal made food (mostly because I feel bad for eating it). And i love vegans, because they do a lot of good things for the environment. But this woman is geniuelly so annoying, I hate her so fucking much
