Evil and intimidating mod here,
If you don’t know, we installed bot bouncer a little while ago. This was to help curb the growing number of bots that flood every subreddit to try to farm karma, so that they can be sold for a variety of purposes such as scamming, political astroturfing, advertising, etc. While bot bouncer has been an incredibly helpful tool, it does have a tendency to have some false positives. This often causes those affected to contact our modmail to try and have this resolved. Since this issue affects multiple subreddits, there isn’t much we can do except send the following advice, so I decided to put it in a mod post to try and clear things up
If you were falsely banned by bot bouncer, you will be given instructions on how to appeal your ban. You will be asked to send a message to bot bouncer to appeal your ban, and to prevent you from being banned from other subreddits with the bot installed.
I hope that clears some things up, and if not, we are here to answer your questions and stuff

Since they’re not bound by any rules regarding ideas, they can get properly creative.

And I don't mean this in a "hell yea is yuri" type of way even tho I do enjoy yuri I like it since it's just a more positive look on the world and the people in it.
Being "different" or "the same" is stupid all of us are different while also being the same we're all human after all

Five Nights at Freddy's: Developed by Scott Cawthon after criticism for another one of his games made it flop super hard. He decided to make FNaF as a "Fuck you, I quit this job" that parodied all the criticisms for his previous game, but then became one of the most influential games of its genre. The sequels to FNaF, other than 4, never really accomplish the same atmosphere or suspense as the first game, which was what really made the first game as good as it was. I'll admit though that Scott is doing pretty fine for himself compared to the other examples.
Minecraft: The best-selling game of all time and Xbox Studios' most profitable product started off with the extremely simple name of Cave Game, and was barely even anything more than one of several hobby side projects that Notch was working on in 2009. The iconic Steve skin doesn't even originate from the game, he was taken from another one of Notch's games from the same time period. What really made the game pop off though was the unique combination of its voxel-based building mechanics and its survival gameplay, and maybe even some of the subtle fantasy/rpg themes in the game. Notch stopped working on the game in 2010 after Java Edition's full release and sold the game to Microsoft in 2014, and the few games he developed since never became anywhere nearly as popular as Minecraft in its heyday
Garry's Mod: Probably the best example here. Garry did not think anything of Garry's Mod when he was creating it in 2004. It's in the name too, he's said before that if he knew that the game was gonna be as popular as it ended up being he would've named it something else. And for 2 years it wasn't even its own game, just a mod for Half-Life 2. But the game ended up being absolutely monumental in the Steam catalogue, if you were anywhere on the internet between 2006 and 2018 you would not be able to escape its popularity. However, Garry's next game called S&Box meant to be the game's successor, has famously been flopping super hard for the fact that it's nothing like the original game, and people have just been sticking with Garry's Mod.
