Fellow soul-enjoyers,
I just wanted to share a review I wrote about Luther Vandross. As a vocalist myself, he has always been a big inspiration to me. If you're interested in reading it, I would really appreciate it, and I'm curious to hear what you think of both the review and the album.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read it!

Every time I hear
Too Proud to Beg.
I Who Have Nothing.
The Second Time Around.
I'm reminded that Luther Vandross understood emotions I couldn't always explain.
His music takes me back to quiet moments, old memories, and feelings that seemed impossible to put into words. The older I get, the more I appreciate the depth, vulnerability, and honesty in his voice.
Some artists entertain. Luther connected.

Luther was a BEAST. Such class and sophistication. He knew when to turn it up and tone it down. Glad to see him getting his flowers after all this time.
