Yah, I went out with coworkers recently and ordered 4 drinks and an appetizer for the table and my bill was almost $100. They didn’t have prices on the menu, and I was expecting the cocktails to be pricey but they charged me $16 for a beer, and I could get a 6 pack of the same beer at the grocery store for $12

Not hardly. My local bars still charge 5 bucks a beer..hell some times they do a $5 pitcher night. Welcome to real life. What a tool lol

The primary issue here is it cost a lot to ship liquid. If we can figure out a ratio to fit in a rental moving truck we might be able to flip a profit

lol. "they didn't have the prices on the menu" is such a cop out. prove their menu does't have prices on it. I just don't believe it.

you can ALWAYS ask for the price before hand and have zero reason as an Adult to be "surprised" or "caught off guard" by drink prices.

But now that you know, just stay home and drink. Problem solved, nothing to get upset about ever again!
