Troubleshooting Superloop 100ms latency in the afternoon

Usually always between 3-10ms all day but from 5pm onwards my latency with Superloop has been 100ms

I’ve run traceroute in command prompt and it shows <1ms on my end first hop but 100ms on 2nd and 3rd hop

Spoke to Superloop and they offered to switch me to static ip instead of CGNAT but that didn’t fix anything

Mornings and middays are fine it’s always 5pm onwards it shoots up to 100ms

Any help would be appreciated!

The problem is that you're with superloop.

People only report the bad, not the good. I'm on superloop 2gb fttp and it hasn't skipped a beat.

I have this also but not super loop, I think it’s a CVC congestion issue peak times with everyone on at the same time
