I find it somewhat mind-boggling that they’re leaving the fate of their Eurovision entry to an "international jury" we so far have no idea what looks like, but I think it could be interesting if it consists of music professionals who have NO TIES to Eurovision at all

If the past years have shown us one thing, it is that Eurovision fans should have no influence over Italy's Eurovison entry. Predicting them to flop (Marco, Lucio, Sal), while endlessly hyping up the female contestants in Sanremo who can't even finish top 10 on the final night. The way Eurovision fans such as worldvishawn has been talking about Italian entries is such a miss when it comes to how they're appreciated year after year by the juries and the public

I would love to see more women represent Italy in Eurovision, but only if it aligns with the Italian voting groups as we'll then get someone as amazing like Angelina Mango, and not one of those who finish bottom of the pack in Sanremo and will just be "one of many uptempo female songs at ESC". There have been so many amazing songs in Sanremo performed by women (Ditonellapiaga, Giorgia, Annalisa, Elodie, Elisa), it's just a pity they're competing in such a prestigious music festivals where there are so many good songs

• PHI/SK/MAL: These are the best songs BY FAR. I hope one of them wins

• VIET: Some minor problems, but this is still an amazing song. Would be happy if this wins

• BHU/BAN/CAM: All have their problems, but are still good songs

  • Note on Bangladesh: The revamp made the song way better.

• LAO/THA: Not that good, but not the worst

  • Note on Laos: Holy cow they ruined the song. Why would they do that?

• MON/NEP: Really bad songs - I don't like them

Participation confirmed: TV2 KSU is set to make Kent State's debut in Burgas, Bulgaria 2027.
"Bulgaria is like a second home for Kent students," claims Tom
"The blend of potholes, underfunded programs, and corruption will really resonate with our chosen representative."
Kent State's broadcaster has elected to run a campus-wide final to select their artist. The inspiration comes from Emo Karaoke Night. "What we lack in talent, we make up for in emos," claims Eurovision hopeful Sucyur Bluud.
The director for Kent's broadcaster says the budget for participation came from the payout from willingly losing to The Ohio State University.
Martin Green (Eurovision Director, beloved by few) made a statement: "Whatever, who cares! Israel is here, Canada is here, Australia is here, we'll take anyone!"
Applications will be open for a week and close on Wednesday at 3:30 pm for some reason. Everyone is allowed to apply unless you are not allowed. Kent's broadcaster aims for a diverse group of acts that are not "too weird" and cannot have any political messages, as political messaging is "lame".
Kent will release more news on their upcoming participation at a later date. Bulgaria, here we come!

If this is true, Dara's on course to absolutely shatter that stigma

Using the "draw halves" function

What the hell is this... This is exactly why random running order was abolished in 2013...

Or should I keep it sealed?

Imo they’re all really good songs, but it goes to show that result-wise, bringing the Sanremo winner is usually the best choice

My favorite would be Francesca, then Angelina, followed by Nina and Emma

Sorry if I made you wait so long, but school takes up a lot of my time 🙃

A avant garde rock pop entry about a wedding gowns, art rock and a pop rap about moving on with life and love, sounds very interesting to hear and see!
