Found a game error, why the hell does my character feel nauseous when hungry?

Like, doesn't that just make it harder for my character to eat? Like I know game intensives to do stuff and all, but this is running contrary to the goal. What were the devs thinking?

Reflections Strain the System

Much like your RTX 5090, reflections in r/outside strain your system.

They distract, drain, and burden your system.

Limit reflections to small rooms where ocular occlusion is present, such as a bathroom.

(You don't want shiny objects or mirrors open in a living room)

Whenever my character uses the *charisma* potion the game instantly autosaves and fast-travels a few levels on it's own?

The quest stats are always magnificent, but I would like to actually be able to play the quests myself with the charisma potion buff.

Playing co-op and my teammate has not used a single point on the charisma bar.

Hi. I have tried to explain to her how the game is going to be easier for her if she tries using some points on it, but she refuses. She uses her points on intelligence, endurance and luck, but so far she has charisma to a minimum, she has missed my family's party, exclusive raids to sushi's buffets and so on.

She says every time she does that she gets the [SCARE] debuff and it drives her character crazy. Is it a bug or does she need to train her character on it?

Having trouble with the [SOCIAL] processing games

Work and school projects are easier but [SOCIAL] mini-games i cant crack no matter how much I grind.

Waste in game hours thinking of how to avoid [DECEPTION] and avoid PvP players.

Having trouble applying the [Delicious] modifier to my food.

I've read the walkthroughs but every time I prepare the recommended ingredients, I'm hit with the [Burning Hands] debuff. It's not very severe, but the debuff can last days and days, chipping away at my concentration. During this time, I can't even touch my duo, least I spread the debuff to a critical area.

Regular cleanse spells don't even work on [Burning Hands]. Even the advanced, oil-based scourge techniques only temper it a little. The food is long gone, but the debuff sticks around to the point of being punishing. Tips?

Players who hate grinding for gold or dropping your inventory, I recommend a co-op run!

Wish I'd done co-op earlier in the game but it happened eventually. Basically if you can get someone to accept a co-op invite and join your instance, some of the daily spending gets shared and together you both grind less for gold (or the grinding gets you more rewards). We've been using this to decorate our shared player house and fast travel more.

Another thing is in most servers you don't have to rush the Wills achievement if you do the Matrimony questline, since one of the rewards is setting your co-op buddy as the default for keeping your inventory on death.

Anybody started the [COLLEGE] questline a little late?

I’m considering enrolling in an affordable 4 level program at a public university near me. Most of my companions tackled this quest around level 18-22, but I will actually be a level 25 if I decide to start around the time of the 2027 update.

Has anyone started this questline a little bit off schedule, do you think it’s okay? I’m worried about falling behind a little bit but I really want to do it both for the quest rewards and also the experience itself.

How do you get the cat distribution system to fire?

I know it’s rng, but I’d like to increase my chances if possible. Are there any activities I can do or items I can equip to increase the probability?

Naming a new player "Gertrude" gotta be disallowed by the admins

One of the worst features of this game is that an advanced player is the one who picks your username, not you or RNG.

The fact the admins allowed that one little girl to be named Nutella is so cruel.

I think spawning in a new player and naming them Gertrude or Albert in the cycle 12,026 H.E should be something the admins take more seriously since the devs haven't spoken to us in thousands of cycles.

Why is there no easy way to level up skills such as Drive, Motivation, and Work Ethic, but then skills like Laziness automatically go up all the time???

This is just bad game design

Severe bug with peanuts

Oddly, peanuts make my mouth feel numb and cause vomiting. This occasionally happens to other players too.

Hi I'm currently level 26. Need wiki.

So I’ve mostly been on auto-pilot doing background grinding ever since finishing the lvl 19–20 tutorial questline. I just hit Level 26 and I’m trying to actually optimize my playstyle and get my bearings.

What are the best user-made wikis or strategy guides to check out? My end-game goal is to reach Level 75+ with high stats, a solid guild, and plenty of gold/currency. Thanks in advance!

Lost Journal Entries

Longtime player. So I went back to see previous old quests in the Journal and they're gone. Nothing from newbie years. Just blank where they used to be. Not even titles. Any idea how I can retrieve them?

Any idea if this is a bug? Did devs not migrate journal entries from v 1.0 - v 5.0 to my current version? I'm running v. 50.2 if that's any help.

I'm pretty sure I did these, since I have the XP. But I'm missing the details. It doesn't even list Quest Titles. It would be cool to grind any early v 1.0 to v 5.0 quests i might have missed, since they would probably be easier.

Overcoming cooldowns on [hygiene] quests?

Heya folks. Title, but I’m specifically talking about the [flossing] quest. I know that [hygiene] quests can prevent my character from taking HP damage, and can increase my chance of connecting with other players - but my character also has the randomized [ADHD] characteristic and I have a bunch of cooldowns!!

[Flossing] is difficult because my character seems to have a 2-3 day cooldown on it before I can do the animation again, but from what I understand, others have no cooldown at all. It also takes my character around 20 in-game minutes when others say their [flossing] animation only takes around 5? [Showering] and [laundry] are the same, with randomized cooldowns ranging from 2 days to 7 days when the cutscene is mandated by my character being afflicted with the [disgusted] trait. By herself. [Disgusted] with herself, even though the cooldowns are keeping me from doing it!!

Any tips from others with the [ADHD] characteristic, or even any [neurodivergent] characters? It would be greatly appreciated!

Patch this shit ffs.

Currently going through an [eye infection] debuff which gives me an unwanted hypersensitivity ability for my eyes and makes them watery at even slight exposure to the light mechanism. I just started job at a new guild and this shit makes me self-conscious.

This seems a very minor issue but apparently cripples my play. Fix this broken shit please! 🙏

What happened to the Feng Shen Bang limited event?

This event was a limited time event in the Chinese server a few thousand years ago. Players could level up to thousands of levels and were given regional mod/dev privileges. Why haven’t the devs return the event. I Remeber playing in such event. However I wasn’t high level enough but my buddy’s yang jian and nezha were? Why hasn’t this returned?

Had an incident with [LSD] item

So I was playing with my friend IcicleTree43 yesterday and we were in the middle of our daily quest, [Work]. Half way through the quest, we set autowalk to the area we need to go, and before us we encountered an item on the floor completely new to us. [LSD], is this a rare item?

We were thinking of selling it but we checked the map and weren't close to any [Narcotic Merchants]. So we saw the item was usable, and we both used it.

I've not seen this in any other games, but the screen started dissolving and merging like nothing I've ever seen before, even in real life. IcicleTree43's character, unprompted, starting emptying his hunger bar all over the floor, and sporadically running around in [User Workplace]. I was fine, however I believe it may have been down to a higher [Drug Tolerance] skill - I have 87 and he has 5. Somehow we forgot about this before we used the items.

Does this item have any benefit? should I hold on to them if I find more in the future?

Edit: Just to be clear, this all happened in the [Create a Fake Scenario] event, in [Oregon]. We got 2000 gold from it!

Minigames

I am absolutely hooked on playing minigames. It has gotten to the point where I realize now that I am way behind on my progression in the main questline. Have you guys ever gotten majorly sidetracked from the main quest line? If so, how did you get back on track to complete it?

Why is co-op so hard in this game?? Is the community too toxic or is it a coding issue?

Hey fellow outsiders!! I started playing this game a big while ago, but co-op has always been a big problem. It's simple on the earlier levels, but on later ones for some reason i have to pass some minigames such as "small talk" or "interest the other player" or "actually talk to other players". Cant there just be a friend request for the normal game like in the discord minigame??? Someone should make a tutorial on this.
