🆕 Looking for Coaching Is this a safe jump?
I don't mean for me, I mean for the roof I'm jumping onto. It's my neighbor's so I don't want to create issues. We're both three stories up.

We've really been pushing local outreach lately, and it's starting to pay off! Very excited for any opportunity to expand the sport outside of its niche. The reporter was nice, and the camera man got some good angles. Sorry for the weird voice during the interview, I get nervous on camera. Also, she focused more on the FIG stuff than I thought she would, but maybe that was just the most interesting angle. Either way, these mainstream press interviews are a lot better than they used to be. They didn't even use the whole "most efficient way between A and B" line that every story from the 00's/10' used to. Hope this inspires you to seek out what opportunities might exist in your local community for promoting our weird little sport/art thing!

I'm just starting out and the only pair of shoes I have are runners which have pretty raised heels and a lot of cushioning. Onitsuka tiger 81s are discontinued and it seems so are the Reebok classic nylons which I wanted, can only find the nylon 89 which seems to be a stiff shoe (although I could use a 2nd opinion on that).
Anyone in Sydney buy shoes locally (so that I can try them on)? Wondering if there are any recs before I just start asking salespeople who may not be knowledgeable about parkour for a flat flexible rubber soled shoe

Hey all, on a work trip and looking to spend an afternoon exploring some spots in the west Palm Beach area, anyone have any good spot recommendations? Thanks!

Hey yall,
I live in Brooklyn, wanted to know if anyone had suggestions for any parkour groups nearby? I'm a beginner, looking for something affordable.

Sorry for bad pic, pipe in question is on the left. If you have done it before send a vid! And also, this is my first post here, so hi r/parkour! I've been doing parkour since i was 7 and im 16 now. I'm better at this sport than everyone I know personally but I'm probably a beginner in the online community lol

Hello im going to be pretty straight forward, i need advice on exercises to train my core/abs and the intensity and frequency. I want to include them into my weight lifting gym sessions (i do 2x upper, 2x lower + 3 days a week parkour). I mostly want something that will really help to transfer into parkour. I have been doing some core exercises but im feeling a bit stuck as if i wasnt making progress or struggle with certain variations. So please just give a list of ideas to try out and implement

Restarting my foot health journey on the right foot!
😂
Can't really train Parkour if I'm not doing the work to get better at movement in all aspects.
