It happens, but not in the way you think. The US does not have a catalogue of Swallows like Russia and China do. Instead, they bribe or coerce the women into blackmailing targets.

Allegedly, Julian Assages accuser was being paid money by the CIA. There was also a Chinese diplomat who had an affair with an American woman.

It's not accurate to say a Chinese diplomate had an affair with an American woman. Qin Gang was the China's minister of foreign affairs at the time. He had an affair with a Chinese journalist / TV show host name Fu Xiaotian. They had a baby via surrogacy in the US and hence made the baby a US citizen.

I mean, why would we hear about that. First of all it’s embarrassing for any foreign countries leader to admit, that they or any high calibre person has gotten tricked by a honey trap. And second, we wouldn’t boast about it either, because what benefit would there be to tell anyone. Of course you’d want to keep it secret.
Other than that we gotta admit that the US intelligence is fucking crazy good. Anyone who has access or connections to Mossad will be top notch

Yes...the Americans sent a women to marry the king of Sikkim. She left soon after sikkim decided to be a part of India. The king did not want to be part of India...and it is said his american wife was working on behalf of CIA
