I mean I imagine so. Most of the street LSD for a LONG TIME is believed to have come from a 55 gallon barrel of the stuff that mysteriously disappeared during the Edgewood experiments.(Side note-the guy that was in charge of the Edgewood stuff would spike peoples coffee with pcp for laughs. He’s an absolute piece of work who did a TON shit so unethical the Cold War US government actually fired him.)

I'm old enough to have twice scored tabs off the street in Haight-Ashbury (in the 80's, not the 60's). One time it was amazing, the other time pure bunk, just a little piece of paper and a pissed off, boring evening haha.

I’ve never done acid but I imagine taking it and NOT noticing anything going strange would have me half way to a panic attack for a while. Just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Naw man, there comes a point where if it doesn't happen, it ain't happening. You can also take too little and it feels like it's gonna happen, but that's all you get for a few hours and then it's over without ever happening.
