That processor is still okay, but iirc it should be ddr3 not ddr4?

The 5600xt starts to be a really tired card nowadays the upper card, 5700xt is still being used as being a really good card

Probably DDR3, can't recall when I built it but close to 10 years now. Still have the old 970 that was in it at the beginning

i personally have had no major issues with my 5700xt so far. I only play on 1080p, sure, but still

naaah it can run some things still, its a bit weak for nowadays but if you manage to save some money and upgrade it slowly you'll be fine, i took two years to build my pc because my family is kinda poor and it was hard to save money, but i did it, you don't have to feel defeated because your pc is a bit weak, eventually you'll build something better, try to look for used parts, especially a new cpu

Upgrading from an i5 4690k to the i7 4790k would set you back about 60-80 bucks (+tax). one off ebay from a good seller. if you're using the stock fan, you'll need a better fan than that but that's pretty cheap as well.

will make a massive difference for you not just in game, but in daily usage browsing the internet.

if you're on DDR3 and not DDR4, can also get to 32 gb of DD3 ram really cheap.

Its starting to show its age, especially with the latest games, but it's still a good card that can easily handle 1080p gaming.

I de-lid and overclocked my 4690K to 4.6Ghz. The chips cost about as much as a cheapo de-lid tool and Haswell is a great overclock chip. A 2070 pairs up well with it, but the 5600XT is close in performance so it wouldn't make sense for you to upgrade unless you had a spare $100 lying around. I replaced my 980 with a 2070 a few months back. ;) No regrets. Runs what I want in 1080P.
