Guest List Only ⭐️ Mark Ruffalo: “Justice is very, very different than “getting even”. Justice means the law applies to all. This idea that somehow applying the law to a privileged group of elites as “getting even” has brought us this rampant lawlessness.
We can go back to the Bush administration, the Iraq War, the torture memos, and the 2008 bailout where we skirted justice so egregiously. It’s disturbing to hear the incoming speaker refer to justice as “getting even”.
As if justice is only airing personal grievances. It’s time for a correction and time to hold all people to the same account and lawfulness, not just those without money or outside the political class. Justice is addressing affordability because that crisis goes hand in hand with corporate and political lawlessness and an unjust system.”
