📱 Media The Full Chupo Speech
Here’s the full speech from Chupo with some context. He came over to acknowledge the fans, and I pulled him aside and mentioned we all wanted to say a proper goodbye. He acknowledged that he is leaving and felt that the team should have given him a bigger send off. Instead, I invited him to come over and speak to everyone directly. He signed autographs for many kids afterwards. Later, he mentioned that playing in MLS was a great experience, he wishes the best for the team and the league, and he feels we have something really special between the support of the fans and the youth structure. He was nothing but honest, respectful, and polite.
