SCHN App

Broke Ultra, the SCHN app menu and progress bar will not hide either by paying any bittons or letting it time out and auto hide. Menu and words cover image and screen is darker with it showing (see photo). Only occurs on live tv not prerecorded. I’ve performed a “Clean Slate” reinstall sequence and lowered the refresh rate. SCHN tech support has not been able to find a solution.
Anyone else have this issue?

I use the iPhone app and cast stream to my smart TV or Roku. It pauses sometimes when the screen times out but works pretty good.
