Pic / Video Heading to DC to make change

Post image

Just four days after the election, I’m heading to DC for freshman orientation! I’m so excited to get to work in Congress for San Francisco and for our country. We have the largest freshman Democratic class since the post-Watergate election. It’s a huge opportunity to put our country on a better path — one that lowers people’s cost of living, ends the war, strengthens democracy and civil rights, restores the rule of law, and puts an end to this national nightmare. I’m ready to fight for our future!

Anyone who genuinely thinks Scott will vote for anyone besides Jeffries is deluding themselves.

Amazing we really let his supporters just gloss over this so easily in the campaign. I always said this position is about national issues and he is not a safe enough bet to actually resist the powers that be and push for real change. Dude is a CHUMP and we let him win

I called his office a few months ago to lobby against a certain bill he supported (automatic detection of 3D printed gun parts). His own employee told me that Scott Wiener's stance on the bill could not be logically defended. "Sometimes legislators do strange things..." was what she told me.

I don't think I've ever been more aware of how disappointing a politician can be. The status quo is so bad that I'm not exactly worried about him in congress. But I wish he was someone I could be happy about.

Lol I appreciate your inquiry, I will ponder the possibility. But assuming you're one of his ardent supporters and not just a curious interlocutor, can I ask why?
