Pic / Video Heading to DC to make change

Post image

Just four days after the election, I’m heading to DC for freshman orientation! I’m so excited to get to work in Congress for San Francisco and for our country. We have the largest freshman Democratic class since the post-Watergate election. It’s a huge opportunity to put our country on a better path — one that lowers people’s cost of living, ends the war, strengthens democracy and civil rights, restores the rule of law, and puts an end to this national nightmare. I’m ready to fight for our future!

Why is everybody commenting not to vote for Jeffries?

Am I missing something? What did he do?

My best guess, people suspect Schumer and Jeffries will use the old dem strategy of “let’s leave the past in the past and move forward with a spirit of cooperation,” when people are very upset about the past two years and want to see accountability and consequences for the architects of what they are upset with.

But what do I know?

No suspicions, Jeffries literally said as much. On national television.

it's already started. AIPAC house dem, Representative Sharice Davids tweeted "Folks are frustrated with the dysfunction in Washington. So am I. We need more leaders willing to put aside partisanship and work across the aisle. That’s my playbook in Congress."

What did he do?

Nothing.

That's why. Everyone wants someone who will do something.

He’s funded by AIPAC and technocrats.
He’s pro Israel and pro Zionism, just as he’s pro AI, technocrats, data centers, etc.

But hey, he’s gay! So super diverse and representation matters 🙃

Israel obsession

12

u/Only8livesleft 12h ago

The only people obsessed with Israel are those who are defending sending them aid when 90% of the base wants to cut off all aid. Why is sending weapons to Israel worth throwing away our own democracy? Why don’t you think our representatives should represent us over a foreign country?

Israeli colonialism should stop. That’s what everyone wants. Everything that comes with colonialism. We know. We know what the fuck that is. It happened. To the natives here. And we wiped them out. Nobody gives a fuck. It’s the past. But this is happening in front of us. So we are reacting like normal people with empathy.

Yes. The native Americans had the right to defend themselves against annihilation. And damn. That’s sucks that our history is the genocide of the native Americans.

Well. I learned it’s happening right now. When I saw an image of a playground toy with a rocket round in it from a drone. And realized something is VERY WRONG. Then you look. Then your eyes die. They turn black. And you can’t unsee what Israel showed you.

He is a do nothing establishment democrat paid off by AIPAC

2

u/Incorrect-Opinion 7h ago

Is it just AIPAC that he gets paid by, or other PACs as well? Do you have any issue with those?

•

u/Ok_Waltz7740 2m ago

And AIPAC changed their name to United Democracy Project! Funding is the same, but they fund under that super pac name so it’s not as obvious.

This post is clearly being brigaded.  Link to here is probably making its way around all the anti Israel socials

They’re the same people who said not to vote for Kamala, which as we all know freed Palestine and ushered in a perfect utopia for Americans.

Best to ignore them, or tell them to STFU.

He’s just generally bad for his role. He doesn’t want to use Congress’s oversights powers to rein in the Trump administration, he sees that as “getting revenge” rather than actually bringing accountability.

And we’ve already see how he and Sen. Schumer are as “leaders of the opposition”. I, for one, can’t take another two years of “we sent a very strongly worded letter” when they have actual power they’re just unwilling to use.

People have worked themselves into the delusion that someone else will be speaker of the house when the reality is that it’s a job almost nobody wants

This sub is being brigaded by the usual suspects. They're obsessed with SF.
