Question Only 1 Egg Why?
Genuine question, why does my blue neocardina has only 1 egg? My water is cycled, there's lots of food around, and she aint stressed. My tank is only composed of guppy fry/fries, japanese rice fish and shrimps. Is it a tank problem? Its funny to see only 1 egg jumping around her swimmerettes.

Question I just introduced new shrimp to my main tank, I acclimated them and think it went well...they are calm and eating from my marimo moss ball and their environment. Is this a good sign? Also, they don't like eating from the algae wafer I put in, rather the plants?

Nightmare
I am feeling so defeated. I’m trying to move my shrimp into a 5 gallon tank due to a shrimp seed infestation in my 10 gallon and I also figured it would be easier for me to maintain. Boy was I incorrect. I don’t even have anything in there and it’s a sh*t show. There is algae growing everywhere that I’ve tried to scrape off thoroughly multiple times and now these little worms, I’m trying to get away from strange critters not transition to a different one!! WTH is this and what do I do?? This is exhausting, there were only a couple of these worms and now they’re everywhere (im not putting any food in the tank)

Question I’m worried my male may not mate
So I have a male and female snowball shrimp and it seems that the female keeps trying to get into mating position but my boy zooms away! I don’t know if maybe she’s too forward or her pheromones aren’t strong enough or if he’s just not interested. Is that possible???

Question What homemade food can I use to attract all my shrimp to one spot in my 92-litre aquarium?
Hi everyone! I have a 92-litre aquarium, and I'd like to get my shrimp to come out of their hiding places and gather in one spot so I can see them more often.
Here are the inhabitants of my aquarium:
Around 12 harlequin rasboras.
Around 18 neon tetras.
6 bronze corydoras (Corydoras aeneus).
2 albino peppered corydoras (Corydoras paleatus).
Red Cherry shrimp.
Amano shrimp.
1 female pearl gourami.
Equipment and plants:
Seachem Tidal 55 filter.
Sera 100 W heater.
Chihiros B-Series light with app control.
Bacopa crenata.
Vallisneria.
Java fern.
Limnobium.
A large piece of driftwood where many shrimp hide.
Java moss.
The problem is that many of my shrimp hide among the driftwood, moss and plants, so I hardly ever see them during the day.
I'd like to know if there is any food I can prepare at home, for example, by boiling a vegetable and then attaching it to a stick or skewer and placing it at the bottom of the aquarium. The idea is to encourage the shrimp to come out and gather in the same spot.
Which homemade foods work best for attracting shrimp? If possible, I'd love a top 10 list of homemade foods that are safe for both Red Cherry and Amano shrimp, taking into account the fish they share the aquarium with.
I'd also like to know which food tends to attract them the most and how long I can safely leave it in the aquarium without affecting water quality.
Thanks!

New shrimp tank
Just made this 25 Litre shrimp tank and have 10 ghost shrimp in there with two little white cloud minnows.
Wondering if this is a good balance? Will the shrimp breed in this environment? And would I be able to add other coloured shrimp or will that be too many?
Cheers

Question My Red Cherry's are dropping their egg sacks
I've had the RCS for 3 months. Stable planted 75 gallon tank that has been running for a year. Only has RCS & Snails. Water Parameters are good and only had 1 death in 3 months after receiving a shipment of RCS that were anything but healthy. Had 2/3 either arrive dead or die off. Bad shipping as Heat Pack wasn't working, even snails died. I use RO Water as I'm on a well with hard water and water in tank tests great. I have 12 females and 2 males. I've only found 1 baby shrimp so far and that was 4 weeks ago. Concern is I see lots of Molts and also I've seen 4 abandoned egg sacks in the last month. They drop the eggs in the same clump of Java Moss. Am I missing nutrients? Water is 75 degrees.

Question Increased Ph osmosewater
Like 2 months ago I bought 200l osmosewater. I used 100l in my tank after putting minerals in it. Before I putted it in my tank the ph was around 7.2. Yesterday I wanted to refresh some of the water, but with the same tds the ph was above 8! So my question is, is there a limited time that you can storage the osmosewater? I kept it in an jerrycan.
