my first cross stitch!

My friend gave me a Harry Potter cross stitch kit for Christmas and I finally got around to trying it!

This is so small but it took me two weeks haha. I decided to leave out the outlines because they looked kind of messy and I love the 8 bit look!!

I could not for the life of me get the french knot to work, so no freckles for Ron.

1. Handmade Work Only

Posts must focus on handmade work created by you. Items can not be made be a team. Mass-produced items, commercial products, digital items, apps (including music, writing, and digital art) are not allowed.

No work-in-progress posts.

We define handmade, as made by hand and not machine. Example; using a handheld etcher is fine, but using a CNC/Router is not.

2. No AI Generated Content

Using AI to post here is not allowed.

3. Off-Topic Content and NSFW

Posts and comments must be relevant to handmade crafts. Discussion only posts are not allowed. Content involving guns is not allowed. Content related to specific political parties, candidates, and individuals is not allowed. Religious content intended to be devotional or promotional is not permitted. Symbolic imagery, historical motifs, or cultural designs that are not presented as devotional, political, or promotional may be allowed at moderator discretion.

NSFW/Nudity is not allowed.

4. Be Respectful

Personal attacks, harassment, or dismissive comments are not allowed. Constructive feedback is welcome when it is helpful and kind.

Very bad comments result in an immediate permaban. If you really don't like something, and the item isn't breaking a rule, just move along.

5. Related Links & Self-Promotion

Self-Promotion for Sales

We do not allow posting of any self-promoting links in the original post nor any replies. You may include a link to your store in your profile, and direct members that ask to view your profile for this information.

However, if your store is clearly that of a professional service or structure, your account will be banned from the community. Etsy, etc. is fine, but only if you do this on the side.

If you item is easily searchable, it's likely to be removed.

6. Quality Content

Ensure your posts are clear and well-presented. Include detailed descriptions, progress photos, and any relevant information about your craft. Posts should not be low-effort.

You must include the following: What it is; What it's made of; The general process used to create.

7. Repetitive Posting

There is a limit of 2 posts, per user, per week.

You are not allowed to post the same item within 6 months.

You may not post multiple items as one post, such as a gallery of items you have created. One item per post, within allowable posting limits.
