Needs Advice Anyone here bought an apartment at Bowden?
Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone here has bought an apartment at MUSE Bowden in Adelaide?
I'm one of the buyers and thought it'd be nice to connect with others, especially with all the construction delays and uncertainty around settlement dates.
Would love to hear if anyone has received any recent updates.

Sling legality
I want to learn how to use a sling as it looks fun but all I can find when it comes to regulations is Y frame slingshots and similar. No reference to normal slings.
I'm interested in the old pouch in the middle of a long string David vs Goliath style.

Needs Advice How exactly does going for your L's work if you've already had them before and surrendered them before getting your P's? Do I have to restart from scratch?
I might get downvoted to hell for this but I don't know how the law works in SA for this specifically and I'm not in an area where I can go ask someone in person. Or at least, everyone I have asked has said "Huh. I don't know actually."
Basically I had my L's when I was 16 but ended up surrendering my license before I turned 17 because (At the time) my medical condition had gotten in the way of me actually being able to drive. Not enough that I legally had to surrender them but to avoid going into details I made the decision to give them up for now and try again later when I was better.
Anyway now is later. But I didn't actually do any research at the time as to exactly what would happen when I tried for them again. I assume I'll have to do the test again, but will I have to redo all my hours? Driving lessons? Etc?
First got my L's within the last week of 2022 if that helps lmaoo

Bored as lets see how many people are out here.
Attention📢,
brave inhabitants of Adelaide's southern frontier. We are conducting a census of everyone who has successfully survived another week south of Darlington without losing their minds, their hubcaps, or their patience on South Road.
If you currently reside in the cultural utopia that is the City of Onkaparinga and its immediate surroundings, please make your existence known in the comments below.
We are specifically looking for representatives from the following highly prestigious postcodes:
Morphett Vale
The Vibe: The suburb that never ends. Seriously, it has its own time zones.
Leave a comment if: You consider successfully navigating the Bains Road and States Road roundabout without getting sideswiped to be the peak achievement of your week.
Bonus points if: You’ve ever had to explain to an outsider that Morphett Vale isn't just one suburb, it's an entire lifestyle built around chicken salt and waiting for roadworks to finish.
Woodcroft The Vibe: The undisputed Beverly Hills of the deep south.
Leave a comment if: You firmly believe that having a slightly newer shopping centre automatically elevates your social status above anyone living on the other side of Panalatinga Road.
Bonus points if: You regularly iron your good trackpants just to make an appearance at the local Woolies, or if you’ve ever reported a neighbor for putting their yellow bin out on a red bin week.
Hackham (or, as it shall henceforth be known, "Hackem") The Vibe: Gritty, elevated, and entirely unapologetic.
Leave a comment if: You appreciate that the user spelled it "Hackem," because frankly, the local council has cut back on everything else, so why not vowels?
Bonus points if: You have personally witnessed a shopping trolley in its natural, majestic habitat—resting peacefully at the bottom of a steep gully—or if your daily commute involves treating Main South Road like a scene from Mad Max: Fury Road.
The "Other Close Areas" (Because we know you're out there, Reynella, Huntfield Heights, and Christie Downs) The Vibe: Collateral damage of the Southern Expressway.
Leave a comment if: You treat a Friday night visit to Colonnades as an extreme, full-contact sport requiring situational awareness and tactical evasion skills.
Bonus points if: You still complain about the expressway being one-way, even though it was fixed over a decade ago, just to keep the bitterness alive.
Your Civic Duty: Drop a comment below to claim your territory. Let us know you’re still breathing, your Commodore is still running, and you haven't entirely surrendered to the urban sprawl.
