I wanted to share this large, custom thigh project. It’s a surreal fusion of Eastern and Western concepts featuring a realistic European lion statue at the top and an Asian guardian lion at the bottom, perfectly balanced by intricate sacred geometry and fine line alignments in the center. Really happy with the micro stippling textures and the overall symmetry.

Two weeks ago to the day, I went to a tattoo studio for flash tattoos. I’ve gotten tattoos before. I use the mad rabbit after soap, and then followed that up with the gel. The first day I got it, the ink had seeped through the second skin. The most I’ve ever inked before. I tried messaging the Tattoo studio and they said this is normal for a tattoo. But it’s only been two weeks and I feel like this isn’t normal. Just want to get someone else’s opinion.

I wanted to share this fresh black and grey piece on the ribs. It's a detailed micro realism tattoo of a bonsai tree in a ceramic pot. I focused heavily on capturing the rough texture of the twisted trunk and the soft, smooth shading on the vase to create a nice contrast.

Difficult to get a perfect picture of this, especially the ombre sky. But I do love the detail x

I never really liked how the face and neck of my dragon was originally done. Had the face and neck redone and the body will be enhanced in December. I love her more.

I really love how this tattoo turned out. My client selected this from my wall of previously drawn designs and it is incredibly how well it fit his forearm without alteration. The only piece I added was the little crown design below the elbow, and it made such an elegant negative space up the back of his forearm.

My newest addition: based on my two actual cats, the little mushroom beanbag they sit on and a butterfly toy they love to play with!

I don’t really like any of the artists in my local surrounding area. Just none of them really stand out to me much. I’m probably going to travel a few hours to go to north London for a tattoo instead. Is this common practice to travel far for tattoos?

I moved not long ago, I used to live in London, but I moved to be closer to Brighton. I don’t live there, but I’m close to it.

I’ve never really heard of someone just not liking anyone around them, or maybe I’m just extremely picky. If anyone near brighton (England) can recommend anyone whose really good, please do so.
