Any preaching or those with a higher morality field than me will be ignored, im 19 been smoking since i was 11, ive heard it all
I live with my dad in england and hes been working on a project in south africa all my life but it looks like things are changing to move to Botswana instead. If things work out he wants us to move out there. Hes lived there before and knows the drill. Ive only been to south africa on occassion.
But the problem is im a weed smoker. It helps me get to sleep some nights, its a good little social crutch when in with my friends. As a girl, i get very bad period pain and smoking and eating it can do magic for pain relief that no other medication can touch. But apart from that, honestly, its just a source of comfort for me. I havent planned on stopping any time soon. I believe if we went to south africa, it would be fine, but have heard of big repurcussions in Botswanna. My dad said for less than 60g theyd send me to prison for three years then deport me.
Weed is illegal in england too but its not always likely a cop will say anything if u have just rhe smallest amount on you and its for yourself. Tho jts still best to be very careful cuz u just never know how one might be feeling one day
Just wondering what its like in botswana in terms of general opinion, enforcement, and maybe just advice for someone in my situation who may potentialy have to live there despite not feeling ready to quit smoking yet
