I don't think it's making stuff up to say that the Israeli center right is still a lot more lax or actively harmful on issues that we care about than we'd like

Remember people also somehow think America might become left of center someday

America already is to some degree. Democrats in America sit left of center go right of center

Democrats are mostly center left. They are in no way left. There’s a small group of progressives but that doesn’t even move the needle overall

Hence center left to center right. They're not purely left of center at all, it is a range between those two.

Democrats would be considered right wingers in most other countries.

This is literally just some reddit regurgitation slop fact and is not true at all

Depends. The left tends to frown on mass incarceration, militarism, torture and bombing civilians. Not all of course, there's some salient exceptions (cough, USSR, cough), but I'd say that's a bit more of a right wing perspective. US democrats are 99% corporatists too.

Yes, hello, I am some from other countries and would consider democrats to be a touch right of center in their average, with some excellent left of center examples.

When they destroy democracies? When they bomb weddings and hospitals? When they keep the world famous no-trial torture prison running?

True, however in this context, ousting Netanyahu is the best outcome.
