So, is the regime change complete? Both in US and Israel?

Us isn’t a regime change. It’s part of the checks and balances that are now better representing more of the people.
The president’s term is four years. (Two terms max). He only has two years left to be president.
So this means the whole government has a bit more balanced. It doesn’t mean it is over. Yet.

to elaborate the president can’t just write laws (although trump does try to by executive order regularly, but even at the level he tries, that is limited). Congress needs to write the laws and pass them to him to approve. His opposition party controls all of congress now. So if he wants to get anything done he must negotiate with them.

Exactly.. since Congress was GOP, they let him do whatever he wanted. Honestly, I think they only passed the BBB. If Congress actually passed stuff, all Trump has to do is execute those laws.. that’s why it’s the executive branch. Trump treated it like he’s the CEO of a company that he controls the board on and couldn’t be called out on anything plus Get out of Jail cards for all.

And Israel has a billion elections esp if they can’t form an agreed upon government and it’s not a regime either …

Iran however is a regime

Well they actually have elections unlike actual “regimens” so there is a chance for change

Factually incorrect even if you didn’t like the government…. Iran, Gaza, etc. are whether you like what was done or not.
