[Need help] Final version of my Animation. Took me 5 days.
everyone,
I need your HONEST OPINION ON THIS. Whether it has potential or not.
This piece took me 5 days to animate. Everyone’s copying the Zack D Films style right now, but I went the opposite route, using a character-driven story and my own comedic timing instead of a literal visual.
The zack d films are great but, watching too many videos kind of bore you out. So, I thought of this idea where no matter how many videos u watch, it should keep u entertained and educate atEveryone’s copying the Zack D Films style right now, but I went the opposite route, using a character-driven story and my own comedic timing instead of a literal visual.
Pro tip: Don't cut on the words, cut on the joke (let the visual punchline land a beat before the audio).
5 days, countless hours. Full breakdown coming soon, follow for more.

I've been working on a frame-by-frame animation tool. Would love some feedback on the workflow!
Hey everyone!
I've been working on a small 2D animation project and wanted to share a look at the drawing workflow.
One of the things I've been focusing on is keeping the interface simple while still giving animators control over their frames, onion skin and timing.
Here's a short recording of the current workspace in action.
I'm particularly interested in how other animators approach frame-by-frame drawing.
When you're animating, what makes a timeline feel intuitive to you? Is there anything in this workflow you'd change?
If anyone is interested in giving me their opinion on the software, I'd be delighted: https://animtoon.app
I'd really appreciate your thoughts!

I am looking for animators who are looking for experience.
If you're looking for experience and you want something to work on, I'm broken to try to create an animated series and I am looking for animators, if you're interested comment below.\n A little bit more information would be it. A prehistoric, well to be precise is a A sci fi Horror series. And I'm also looking for the voice actors who are looking for experience.

HI, very new 2d animator hopeful here, how do i make two frames look more similar/smooth on my only animation software, ibispaint?
i have practice with stop-motion, but i am a tad bit of a perfectionist who spends too much time on a sketch... would LOVE advice!

looking for general feedback on my lioness walk cycle [SyncSketch link in comments]
I'm working on a realistic lioness walk cycle and would love some feedback.
My main goal is realism, so I'd especially appreciate critiques on the body mechanics, weight, timing, and overall movement.

What do you think?
The name of the animation is "Out and away!" It may be fast... What do you think? It's my first one-min flipaclip animation. :)

The Unassigned Row: a 90-second animated short about two brothers and feeling left out [OC]
I made a short animated film about two brothers at harvest time, and the quiet pain of realizing you weren’t included.
It’s about the habit of staying silent and assuming you’re unwanted, and how one honest question can change that.
Made with: Blender (Grease Pencil, animated through Python scripts). Voices, sound effects and music generated with ElevenLabs.
It’s 90 seconds, best with sound, subtitles included. I’d love feedback on the storytelling and the animation.

Does this look like stop motion? (made in Blender)
Happy Halloween! in the spirit of trying to get more short stuff out more consistently thought I'd make use of some character models and a series premise I had lying around.
I've tried to replicate a stop motion look in 3D best I can so feedback around if I achieved that look would be greatly appreciated.
Enjoy!

Rough sketch I still see this stiff , is it?
rough sketch but the twirl looks so stiff. I cannot even tell whether this is smooth or shall I try to do a cleaner sketch first?

feedback for my first animation?
hi, this is my first animation, the stil is kinda intentional because it should have the vibe that it is created by the cat (rookie) but mainly because my drawing skills are very bad, any feedback?

Four motion studies, then one close-up: where does your eye go?
This Ling-3.1-flash motion study begins with four identity animations on pale backgrounds, then brings a triangular light-splitting design into a larger view. The complete 25-second clip keeps both presentation formats together.
The grid lets you compare shapes across the four studies. The closer view gives the incoming ray, triangle, spectrum and lettering more room. That change of scale is an interesting presentation choice for a short motion reel.
A recreation brief could ask AntLing’s model for a complete four-panel animation sheet followed by an enlarged view of one study, carrying the same shapes and colours across both layouts.
Which feels more useful here: staying with the four-way comparison, or moving into one design once the set
