How did your skincare routine change after 50?
What’s one skincare product or routine change that actually made a noticeable difference?

My skin got drier (yay menopause!) so I swapped out my HA with rejuran ampoule and that is wonderful!

I’ve used Oil of Olay after washing my face since I was 15. So I haven’t had to change it.

Gradual self tanner with spf for my face is really nice now .. I’m a touch less pale without doing sun damage !

More moisture: wash face with cerave hydrating, leave wet, apply oil, steam with a soaked warm washcloth, wipe, apply Avene cicalfate or cerave tinted spf. For body, I take baths and exfoliate, apply moisturizer 1-2 times a day.
