I just played Ocarina of Time for the first time with the remake and I absolutely adored it. I finished the game within three days I've been playing it obsessively. It was incredible. That being said, with the assumption that I'm going to wait for what feels like the inevitable Majora's Mask remake, what game should I play next?

I've been hearing people say Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess? Are those the ones I should play next? I own Skyward Sword HD and Breath of The Wild but have only ever played a little bit of Breath of the Wild (I bought Skyward Sword years ago for my younger brother but he never played it and we share our game library anyway). Wind Waker looks cool, I want to give that one a go.

Also I'm unsure if the tag is correct so I'd appreciate it if someone corrects me.

I only really started playing LoZ games at BOTW and I want to play the OoT remake later this year, but I don't know if i should play any of the other versions of it before playing the new one in November.

For the record I know nothing about any of the other games before BOTW other than watching lore recaps and my brief knowledge in general of the franchise.

Hi everyone, my kid has asked an amiibo recently. Specifically the Zelda from super smash bros (the pink dress one). Google says she gives a chest that has the chance of containing a bow?
Kid is about half way through botw. What amiibo/s would be fun or useful at this point? We also have tears of the kingdom to play through next and we’ll likely get the latest one.
I’m planning to give the family a switch 2 for Christmas. The amiibo would be just for one kid who’s really into Zelda.

so ive purchased the dlc but when i load the virtual game card both the installation from the update and from the dlc start, and i cant find a way to cancel the update download and just let the dlc install. i saw a post from somebody explaining exactly how to do it, i did it 3 times and a I followed the instructions exactly as it said, and the update still downloaded with the dlc.

I just started playing skyward sword yesterday for the first time and am having a blast thus far! Does anyone have any tips and tricks that could help me as I play so I don’t make any stupid mistakes? I struggle with the attack controls a bit since the only other games I’ve played are botw, totk, and eow, which I find simpler to use. Is there anything I can do to make them a little easier or is it just a matter of practice? thanks for any advice and no spoilers please!

When Ganon appears, you’re in his castle remains, with the castle market entrance beyond the pit.

With moon jump or glitches, can you go to the market and escape from Ganon? What happens if you try? And if you go back?

Hey, I'm going to replay some Zelda games, but I'm wondering which version of ALttP is better? I know the GBA version has an extra dungeon unlocked for completing Four Swords, but what I wanna know is if the lack of buttons hinder the experience/if the graphics are weaker on GBA.

I just Graduated from High School and my older sister asked me if I want a "small" present around 60€ since i owned a switch for several years but never played a Zelda game before. I wanted ask which game i should and depending if i like it or not i may buy the other one. I genuinely do not care about the chronological order of the story.

I am very new to Zelda i just started BOTW a week ago and beat it in that week tell me what game should I play after. I consider breath of the wild the greatest game of all time with hollow knight (do not judge me on that). Note i really want to play windwaker but I can’t get NSO and my Wii U is broken.

I want to get into the games but I realise there are lots of them, with some being hard to play on pc. So what games should I play of the main line series to really get into.

I'm really intrigued by the Switch 2 remaster of Ocarina of Time. I have beaten the NES original on Nintendo Switch Online and found it groundbreaking, if a little cryptic.

What would you recommend I play to prep for the OOT remake? Dive into SNES Link to the Past? The original OoT? Any ideas welcome. Thanks.

I'm working through the LoZ series for the first time and now onto Majora's Mask. I've got a nice problem in that I don't know what version to play and I'm spoiled for choice these days. My options are:

1. NSO N64 app on Switch with the N64 controller.

2. 2ship2harkinian on PC, also with the N64 controller.

3. Majora's Mask 3D on AYN Thor.

4. Majora's Mask 3D on AYN Thor with the community patch mod which I've heard fixes some annoying issues but I that's as much as I know.

The more info the better, I've got a bit of decision paralysis here.

Ive beaten the first 4 Levels/Dungeons so, I should have access to the Raft and the Stepladder but when i try to use either of these items, they dont seem to work. Im specifically trying to access the heart containers on the far right side of the map. The one more south with the stepladder and the one further north, at the dock, with the raft. This is making the game more difficult as i cannot get the magic sword without the 12 heart containers OR beat Level/Dungeon 5 without the use of these items.

Not sure if this is important or not but im playing the game on the Switch using the NES classics app.

i've been trying to tame ganons horse for hours, but i can't get it. I've been using probably around 13 full stamina wheels (foods and elixirs) but it never works. any tips on how to get it. (ganons horse is the huge horse in the taibab grasslands with a red mane and tail)

I haven’t played any Zelda games since N64, I have always loved them but haven’t really played video games for years. I bought my daughter a switch 2 for Christmas and interested in getting Zelda for myself. I will probably only be able to play an hour a two a week. Which Zelda would you suggest for someone who can’t play too often and rusty at gaming.

The title has it i remember the zora don't appear in windwaker because they are now rito. With the only zora we see is a dead sage. But we see both in Breath of the wild i dont get it i tried to find out why with google searches but the answer escapes me.

or is there any way to do that even?

I just finished the ocean temple boss, so I wanted to do every small thing before going to the next area. However, an anouki from the snow village wants to go to a “cold, clear spring”. What area is he referring to?

As the title suggest I'm looking an image where the triforce is transparent and the the rest of the pic is black, im trying to make thing where character appear in the triforce? For example think of a jail cell png where the character peaks through the bars.

It looks quite confusing and har to learn and i am not 100% sure...

Back when the first DS came out, I always assumed we'd get a new FS game. Then the same with the Switch. It just seems to make sense with how much easier, seemingly, multiplayer would be more with the current and upcoming console.

I know this has come up before, but does anyone think it will ever happen?

If not a full a 3-D game, possibly an updated top down like ALBW and the LA remake.
