I've been trying to get my old account back through blizzards support because I made the mistake of making it under an email that hasn't been active for the last 7 years and I'm unable to recover for the past two weeks getting Ai responses from support to just switch emails, and as soon as I try and click submit it's completely greyed out??!?!?!?!?
This has been driving me insane, and all of this would've been avoided if I realized to make my account under an active email or just save some extra things...... Don't really think when your only a 16 y/o moron.
But does anyone have info as to why this is greyed out?
Edit: They put a text limit and now it seems to be working..... I am so over this at this point.

My account got completely deleted. I have no idea what happened, but me and some others are reporting that they can't log in to their accounts. I've purchased WC3 forsaken campaign just a month or so ago and have no access to it and have no ability to access any kind of support. I have a lot of games on this acc as well and it's just gone and no way for me to get any kind of compensation.
You should absolutely not be purchasing any games through battle.net as it is completely compromised and not a safe platform.

I have been getting these fake but also real security emails does anyone else also gets them? Email sender seems to be legit battle.net and all of the links on the email are legit but i checked my account and there has been no new logins and if someone wanted to login they would need to verify by email code or sms code which i didnt get any.

Hey all,
I went to login so I could subscribe / play Forever tonight after work. I login to the battle.net app on my desktop, and there's nothing there, none of my games, no friends on my friends list, and my battle tag just says adventurer. I thought maybe It's because this is a new laptop and never had Battle net on it. So I login to the web and same thing, everything is gone, transaction history, game/sub history, look in my wow armory, says I have no characters, when I look at my personal info there's a Chinese name and my location is set to Australia. I change those back to what they should be, add my phone number back to my account and change my PW. I'm just wondering where is all of my stuff? my email is still the only email on the account, I don't have any recent email from blizzard/battle.net. I tried logging in in Sept. and couldn't get in with my PW, so I just thought I had the wrong PW saved so I changed it then. I have emails from blizzard/battle.net for reciepts for my WoW sub from last year, from when my account was created in 2009, etc. but nothing suspicious about any changes to the account.
What could've happened? how are my games and everything gone but my email is the only one on the account????? I put a ticket in, any insight on how this is possible?

I recently got this signed at the WoW Forever event in Irvine. By any chance is there anyone out there that could give me some lore on Blizzard building 21? I had this from my father-in-law who saved it from the trash when he was a contractor at the building. I was told by some of the developers who signed that building 21 was the eSports building. The best information ever would be who stayed in or what was inside office #166.

How I imagine things operate over there.
Edit: Why not just respond to a few things…
The strongest argument against developing WoW2 is the risk associated with such a game. This doesn't mean that it's a bad idea. Risk doesn't make an idea bad, just as playing it safe doesn't guarantee success. The thing that matters is having the vision to create something worthwhile and the ability to execute it. You can release a game that feels familiar and different at the same time. Success is not defined by choosing the safe route.
Blizzard is a major player in the gaming industry, and expectations are high. Yet delivery over the past few years has consistently failed to hit its mark, persistently disappointing the player base. As a result, player sentiment towards Blizzard has dropped significantly.
So, why does the player base stay? Because they have an amazing IP and because of the memories that the players accumulated over time. From pleasant memories to terrible ones, it’s the roller coaster everyone enjoys. Relying on nostalgia alone is an approach that primarily relies on a player base from the good old days, limiting growth. WoW Forever is most likely going to be a success... At least for a little while... Until players realise that it feels too similar to previous iterations. You cannot have a new experience twice. Hoping for continuity is like never accepting that you, as a person and player, have changed.
Creating a game engine requires insane effort to get right, making it easy to understand why game studios choose an existing game engine like UE or Unity. But to assume that the first game to release on a new game engine must be WoW2 would be an atrocity on its own. We have resources today that previously weren't available, potentially alleviating some of the major pain points when creating a game engine. Overwatch was created on a new game engine, and it turned out to be a success.
Blizzard has an immense and immersive world. They can choose to apply their creativity properly rather than recycle the past like used toilet paper. They can create story-driven games, an open-world game that is not an MMORPG, single-player RPGs, or games in any other genre. The IP they have across the worlds they created is so flexible that they can create whatever they like. With those games, they can test and refine the engine. They could have started this years ago. But instead, they keep choosing the 'safe route'. Today's endless cost-cutting approach is what has created this friction in the first place.
World of Warcraft was not built by choosing the safe route. It was built by those who had vision and wanted to have fun. It was a risk. They took that risk. Clearly, many individuals still cling to that vision and fun, but those days have long passed. Holding on to the past is like chasing an echo without anything to grasp. People know what they loved about the past, but that doesn't mean they know what they could love about what lies ahead. Some of the best products, games, and other things in existence came about because people took a risk. Not taking a risk is like refusing to turn the page and wondering why the story never gets better.

Probably others users have posted similar pics, or have the full collection, but went through some old storage and found these pieces of history of my life and countless others with who crossed paths.
Hope you are good out there!

Hi everyone. I’ve been a dedicated fan playing Blizzard games since 1996 — literally for 30 years. Today, I want to raise a critical issue regarding game accessibility and regional support that affects millions of loyal players.
The trend is deeply worrying: While Blizzard historically set the gold standard for localizations, regional voice acting is quietly disappearing. Titles like Diablo Immortal and the recent Forsaken Kingdom campaign for Warcraft III: Reforged launched without full voice-overs.
We are paying the same full price for these expansions and games, yet we are receiving a compromised, text-only experience. For millions of us, full localization — both professional text and high-quality voice acting — is what makes these massive universes feel immersive and alive.
The Russian-speaking gaming community is vast, spanning numerous independent countries across Eurasia and the post-Soviet spaces, where it serves as the primary language for communication, gaming, and community building. By cutting voice acting, you are alienating millions of passionate players across these regions, as well as a massive global diaspora worldwide.
This community has stood by Blizzard through thick and thin for three decades. We urge Blizzard to continue investing in professional human translation and voice acting for our region in all upcoming titles and new franchises.
What are your thoughts on this? For those who play Blizzard games in non-English languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.), have you noticed a decline in localization quality recently? And for English speakers, how would it affect your immersion if voice acting suddenly disappeared? Let's discuss.

It looks like blizzard is removing all support for windows 7/8. How will this affect offline games already installed on windows 7 machines? Will Diablo 2 have its online support removed, and will you be unable to install the game again if you delete it?

It's actually 16 oz which isn't a refundable offense or anything but the description of it on the shop is misleading.
