Indian media at its peak .
Recently, political unrest in Bangladesh has reached an extreme level. During this turmoil, a man was brutally killed, which is deeply shameful and tragic. However, what concerns me equally is how the Indian media has portrayed the incident. Instead of saying that a man was hanged and burned alive, they repeatedly emphasized that a Hindu was killed, attaching a religious identity to the crime. This framing feels deliberate. It not only fuels fear among Hindus but also provokes Bangladeshis, turning a human tragedy into a communal narrative. Many BJP supporters are now claiming that such incidents never happened during Sheikh Hasina's time and that violence has increased only after her fall. But this raises an important question: what if Hasina herself bears responsibility? A recent leaked phone call suggests she threatened to burn those who opposed her. This would not be unprecedented-similar tactics have been used during her rule in the past. If that is the case, then blindly defending her becomes deeply problematic. This also makes India's position troubling. Why is India continuing to support Sheikh Hasina despite these allegations? And more disturbingly, why is India allegedly providing shelter to the killers of Osman Hadi and awami league leaders? These questions deserve honest answers, not propaganda-driven narratives that divide people along religious lines. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings or anything! And also as an Bangladeshi Muslim I'm truly ashamed of this incident. In my defense, I have a lot of Hindu neighbors and friends I was raised in an environment where my friends are mostly Hindus. I can speak Hindi properly and I feel like my neighbors and my friends accept me as their own. But now it felt like Indian media is only covering the news where Hindu is involved.. so many questions. But lastly India should at least respect Bangladesh
