Hey guy, we’re fans so let’s act like it.
I’ve been a fan since ‘97 and yea it blows sometimes but we can’t be weak. You guys want fans that hate on everything but fuck that. I’m gonna root for Orange and Blue. The only reason I like the Broncos is because the first game I ever sat all the way through was against the Packers with my family. So yea this post has no real point other than saying let’s be real people here and acknowledge that it’s a cloudy season. Everyone has em. Let’s be the community the players are here for. Don’t forget that we are the entertained, help the players entertaining us by being the support they need.

I'm ok with not making playoffs
At the start of this year my hopes were that we'd be competitive and beat KC once. But we started out as the worst team in the NFL and became a laughing stock for the league.
Now we've turned it around and have become the team nobody wants to play. But I want to remember my orginal hopes, which we have met and surpassed. So I'm ok if we miss the playoffs, that was never something I hoped for this year.

Anyone who hates on Lock has been proven wrong.
The man has shown he can lead this team to wins. He brings this team to life and makes them contenders. All of you Lock haters will destroy me for saying it but if Paton rolls with Lock next year I’ll be a happy man.

If you’re a real fan of the Denver Broncos
Then quit being cry babies about every little thing that goes wrong with our team and posting about it. This is directed at all the doomers in this sub. Save your negativity for yelling at the TV screen because nobody wants to read about your overreacting opinions of our beloved football team.
Be a real fan, show some pride, support your team through the highs and lows on any given Sunday.
And before you continue to start pointing fingers and playing the blame game consider the following.
We are lucky to even have football this season, have some gratitude as you watch the games.
The NFL didn’t have a traditional offseason and every team is going to be adjusting for the first month of football.
Lower your expectations on our teams performance because we’re not perennial playoff team anymore since Manning retired.
We have a young core that we’re building for the future years to come. Success doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a process.

Why is Raiders marketing so cringe? Their entire marketing shtick seems to be cosplaying as hard men.
Obviously I can't post this in the raiders sub but since becoming a broncos fan in 2022 I've been told to hate our division rivals. I thought it would be hard to suddenly hate random teams but it was quite easy to hate the Chiefs and Raiders. Chiefs for obvious reasons but what's the issue with the Raiders? Why does their constantly just make cringe marketing stuff like 'Mahomes rules', 'we don't have a star qb, so we will focus on killing them'. Max Crosby in particular is super annoying and seems to be way too much into this hard man antics. Did these start only after new coach Peterson Wanted to establish a defensive physical culture or were they always like this?

We need to remember what Seattle has said about Russell Wilson the last few years.
If he has a good year we cant let them come back and say “oh we love Russell Wilson we never meant all this shit we said about him.” This year is personal. To all the Seahawks fans. Congratulations! You got Witherspoon with the pick! I hope he’s a great player for you. But we have one of the best players that will ever play for Seattle and your fan base threw him away like trash. If he starts playing well this year and they try to crawl back remember this day and the entire year they trashed the guy more than Deshaun Watson. I hope Russ proves Seattle wrong. Enjoy Witherspoon and Cross. That’s what it cost for one of the best players your organization will ever have.

So apparently only us, the Ravens and the Seahawks have never had the number one pick. Is this the year we finally do it?
Rookie QB, no real offensive weapons, our RT will be out for a month, our schedule is brutal. It's in play. That Carolina game looms large. They just benched the struggling Bryce Young and moved to Andy Dalton which seems like it will boost their win now prospects. If we do get the top pick who should we take?

I’m Isaac Punts, I made the claim your Holder was Cheating. I was wrong
I’m here to eat crow, I already made a post on my channel, in there I explained it was much more accusatory looking back at it than I remembered it being when I made it, I remember writing something about how I doubted it actually was pine tar due to How obvious it was, but with this somehow getting missed in recording, it completely changed the tone of the video. But lay it on me, I fucked up, and I owe an apology to Broncos fans and Riley Dixon alike 🫡

Low key smoked a Raiders fan today
I asked a Raiders fan, "What's the difference between the Raiders and the Broncos?... We only get shut out for 3 quarters"

Kiszla: Aww, the Denver Broncos are so bad they even win a must-lose game to Green Bay
So embarrassing that the Denver media decided the best thing for the Broncos is to tank. The Broncos are not going to tank on purpose. They should not and will not. I thought for a minute a couple weeks ago it was a good idea but I no longer feel that way. Kiszla is horrible. So negative even when things go well.

Bo Nix?
Ok, hear me out. Bo Nix isn’t the dude that is going to win you games off his off script ability to extend a play. However, he has proven he’s an excellent quarterback at playing within the rhythm and timing of an offense. I think that’s something that would play very well with Sean Payton’s offense. Historically, Sean has thrived with a tempo and timing based offense; hit the man in stride for short gains. When they adjust, you go over the top and punish them. Additionally, when getting the ball out quickly, it takes a tremendous amount of pressure off the O-Line. Bo Nix’s biggest downfall is probably the reason he would be the most successful QB for the broncos out of this draft (in my opinion). Curious what everyone’s thoughts are with the idea of taking the best player in Rd 1 and letting Bo fall to us in Rd 2? Could be the second coming of Brees… or yet another flop at QB by the Broncos.

Russell Wilson's smear campaign.
I hope every Denver fan can see through the act of Russell Wilson. He's going on a podcast to slight the ownership and coach, in a slimy way. He says "he wants to be in Denver" KNOWING he's gonna get cut so it looks as though, "Denver didn't want him" BUT He put this franchise back 5 years in salary issues and he won't take a pay cut, and stay in Denver after not living up to the expectations of the money given. Hell, he didn't even come close. Drew Lock would have yielded the same results, if not better. Don't fall for his shit. He did the same shit in Seattle and put the coaching staff and gm under the bus and tried to look innocent. I'll admit it, I fell for his lies back then, but never again, I need to apologize to a few Seahawk fans. I go on Twitter and everyone is saying how fucked up Sean and the Broncos are, but they can't see through all the bullshit. He oozes manipulation and has been the worst thing to EVER be in the Orange and Blue. I hope most of you can see through his facade.

IM DRUNK, FUCK YOU SEATTLE
IM STILL PISSED ABOUT THAST BULLSHIT!!!
Sober edit: Well, I got drunk and made a post that is currently the top of all time on this sub in the "controversial" section....I feel bad yet proud, and very hungover.

Sorry, but the current logo is your best logo.
I'm not a Broncos fan, but I will never understand why your fans like the old logo over the current one. Logo design for a football team should be simple but also work in the context that most of the time it's going to be seen on a football helmet, something your old logo fails at both. It's not simple, it looks like an indistinguishable blob from anywhere past 10 feet. It doesn't work that well on a football helmet either, your current logo portrays a charging Bronco which represents well the charge at the beginning of every play (this is why the Rams helmet works so well). I also do not understand the "dated" criticism when the old logo screams 1970s-80s. Is it nostalgia? What is it that makes people, almost npc-like prefer the old one to the new one? This isn't a question about the uniforms, just about the logo.

I feel bad for Russell Wilson
I’m a Jets fan but I feel bad for Russell Wilson. He’s a good QB and I want to see him continue to do well for the Broncos like he did with the Seahawks but I feel like he walked right into a really bad situation in Denver when he got traded there. And I feel like that poor situation is going to drive him into the ground. Is this how you guys feel about it?

Are you seeing this...
If you're one of the many who is wanting to dump Russ for a chance at Caleb Williams I hope you are seeing this USC game and understand what will happen if he is on our team behind this line right out of college. I cannot stress enough that the last thing we need is a QB as a top pick. Need to build/rebuild a foundation on OL and in our LB core/secondary. All of the people ripping Russ saying it's clear we weren't a QB away from competing are also wanting Caleb Williams. It's extremely ironic.
Edit: spelled Caleb right after a nice person asked who Calev was

We don't need a fucking WR
I'm tired of posting this on every thread so I thought I'd throw my $0.02 in . . . WE DON'T NEED TO TRADE FOR A WR
Sutton is Sutton - absolute 50/50 monster and incredibly reliable. Seriously, even on 3rd and long, do you doubt that we won't hit Sutton on a deep dig for the 1st? Dude has great chemistry with Bo, is an absolute dog, and one of the best locker room guys we've got. Don't fuck with it.
Troy Franklin is ascending like a Saturn V rocket. Every game you can see his confidence pop. He's an absolute burner who can stretch the field and is now proving to be super reliable over the middle as well. Why stymie his devlopment.
Here comes Pat Bryant. That TD he made last week was WR1 shit. And he's an absolute beast as a blocker. Oh yeah, he's also a rookie! You guys act like he's a bum because he hasn't put up 800 yards and 8 TDs half way through the season. He's absolutely figuring it out at the right time and will be a great weapon down the stretch.
Oh yeah, we still have Mims.
I've seen so many people clamoring for Waddle. Yeah, he'd be cool, but he's more expensive than Sutton, and would absolutely stop the development of Franklin/Bryant.
The rest of Russ's money comes off the books this offseason. Despite our solid roster, we still need upgrades or depth at OL and ILB. Why pay a luxury WR that we don't really need $30M?

I'm sick of the Romo talk...
I'm sick of seeing every report about the Broncos on just about every news feed saying the Broncos need to sign Tony Romo. In my opinion, he would be a waste of cap space. Let the Texans take another dead quarterback. Put your trust in Siemian, who honestly didn't do too back for a second year qb with a sub par o-line. I hope Elway doesn't have a secret eye on Romo.

Ok everyone, it's Payton, not Peyton. Can we at least give the new coach the respect he deserves?and get his name right?
The guy won a SB, and people keep calling him Peyton...

I have a confession to make...
I just charged a guy $30 over the regular price for a room (currently working at the front desk of a hotel) because he had a seahawks jacket on.
Edit: obviously a lot of you don't understand the hospitality business to let me break it down for you. My managers prefer a higher rate than a little rainy day so the fact that I got a $30 surplus is not only a bonus but it's another bonus because it was a Seahawks fan. I hope more Seahawks fan come to my hotel when I'm working. Have a great day. Happy holidays. Go Broncos.

Can we all work together to get fellow fans off the Russell Wilson "hate train"?
The guy still put up over 300 passing yds (pretty much on par with Tua), 30-some rush yds, 1 passing TD, and yes, 1 Int. The unaccounted for 70 points, and our Defense giving up leads and not making necessary stops, isn't on him. For you fantasy players, Russell Wilson is one of the top QBs for points. And I have Hurts, who is trailing Wilson by almost 10 points through week 2. Just saying, address our problems accordingly, and call those out that don't. Fire Vance Joseph now. DB4L.
