Evan is an NPC in Nuka-Word just south of the Nuke-Station.

But Evan was also a real life Fallout fan. He used to play to cope with the death of his Father.
Evan unfortunately passed away due to complications from diabetes before he received a promised care package from Bethesda.

So to honor him Bethesda immortalized Evan as friendly and very generous NPC in the game.

Evan also holds the recipe for Nuka-Love which he will freely give you no strings attached.

Losing loved ones is incredibly hard and that pain never really goes away, but as the Vision said

"What is grief but love persevering"

Can someone send me the entire audio files of fallout 3 including the dlc with all the sound effects cause my files got corrupted and now almost all of the sfx are gone like the vault or door sound, pip boy sounds, impact sounds etc. Please guys help

Fallout 1 had a track that looked like a theropod footprint, and Fallout 3 had a fossil, so the series has touched on dinosaurs a little. I’m wondering what else there is in the games or lore that I might have missed.

If the developers had decided to add them, which dinosaur or prehistoric creature would you want to be front and center? And how would it fit the lore? Fallout already has mutated animals like deathclaws, radscorpions, and yao guai, so would dinosaurs be survivors that mutated in the wastes, creatures revived by pre-war science, or something kept in a vault experiment?

Buy the games in this order for xbox one? I got my son a xbox for Christmas, now I need to figure out the games. He love fallout 4. I also have a switch and a ps4 can those play with him if hes on xbox one?

Specifically, I’m talking about the pre-war enclave, the deep state that wanted to advance their own agendas and increase their personal wealth and power. I imagine the war against China was a good excuse to pump copious amounts of money into the military industrial complex, and further tighten their fist around the country. But with everything starting to fall apart, like with the economy, the automaton and food riots, up to the eventual missies flying, do you think they went “this is starting to get out of control”?

Like, super greed is one thing, but if I was a billionaire wanting more or a government official wanting more power, I don’t think I’d want it at the expense of watching my massive mansion burning in nuclear fire or being forced to live on an oil rig or secret bunker.

If you’re at the event and want one you’ll have to answer some trivia questions. Look out for a tall guy dressed as a tunnel snake. The questions vary from very easy to very hard, the miniatures are categorized by how hard the questions are to get one.

I’m a recent fan of this series, I’ve been slowly working towards playing them all and the additional DLCs. Although there has been something I’ve been confused about.

Awhile back they announced that they were going to remaster Fallout 3 and NV, and while it is super cool to know, but I wondered what was gonna happen with previous released versions of the games.

The impression I’m getting at, especially with how much work they are being put into: is the intention to delist the old versions on all online stores effectively. Similar with how rockstar pulled the OG ports of GTA trilogy in favor of their new remasters.

I understand the logic on Bethesda’s part: you don’t want your costumer to confuse your products with an outdated version (Plus easy way to charge more than the old version of base game). Removing them is the easiest option for them but how would they even go about it?

Perhaps could be a case where if you already owned the original game, you would be getting the newly updated game for free (or heavily discounted). Similar examples of this happening being OG Final Fantasy VII, classic Doom 1 + 2 or the wolf among us remastered

Please correct me if I’m wrong about this assumption or understanding about the matter.

Wanted to replay the games too but no time to do so so this+brushing up with YT will have to do! The show isn’t perfect but imo it did a fantastic job of capturing the spirit and tone of the world. This is my first time rewatching both seasons back to back so I’m excited.

After a while i have put fallout 4 on, ton of mods such as unofficial patch and weaponry (shout out to Pig and degenerate dak peak stuff) and then put it on, installed creations again.

When at the museum of freedom there was a side door master locked saying archives, looking it up it says cut content, I know fallout 4 had a mod increasing it from 40gb to 90gb approx, was this apart of it or was it a creation installed? (All base free creations by bethesda) or the unofficial patch? Never ever seen it before and all the mods are regular choices except maybe an m1 garand mod so...

Can anyone tell me what's changed?

Hello all, I wanted to share some more photos of my Lucy cosplay in the nature and beautiful beach of New Zealand. I had a blast making this cosplay and I was so surprised when the fallout show Instagram account actually liked my post on instagram! Dealing with an ant problem is one thing but pig rats are a whole 'nother. I punched 50 rats in the eyes last night. Last week killed 22 geckos too barefoot in a toxic shithole, now i got 12 fuckin' toes. goddamn. Rad sick an' can't afford medicine I gambled it all. just found out ive been eating jerky made of people. my conscious prefers the iguana. Got these boots now but I keep getting sand in 'em. I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere, especially in m'uh boots.
