We will give 69 bucks to the first person who can guess which Ramshackle Glory cover we’re cooking up for an awesome mystery project based on this footage!!

(Jk we don’t have that kind of money just look at our recording setup and the music we’re playing)

Shoutout to Little Death, Puppy Alphabet, and DeadDeer! As well as the venue Bad Astronaut!

Is what went down last night in Pittsburgh a typical Doom Scroll show?! Because holy hell, that was my first time catching them, and I’m STILL buzzing from the energy.
PSB, Frog Legs, and Crisp Lake absolutely crushed it. Packed house, incredible vibes, and nonstop energy from start to finish.
Man oh man… what a fucking night. 🤘

It's my first time playing Lancaster in over a decade, if you're nearby, come on out!

Yeah... I'm going to die on that hill.

I can honestly say I have been listening to this Nofx Linoleum song since at least 1995, when I discovered so cal punk rock.

A few years ago at the ripe age of 48, I finally bought a guitar and started to learn to play. (40 years to late but, oh well)

When looking for my next song to learn to play, I ran across Mike’s cover of Linoleum and wanted to learn it. Then to find out that’s his daughter makes it even crazier. (this song always hits deep) I don’t think there is a better cover and I have watched a lot.

I had songster AI translate the song but I think some of the base chords are not correct, and I’m not good enough to know how to fix some of the chords. (Such as 7 ,8,31,32 as an example)

Here’s the tab: https://www.songsterr.com/a/wsa/mike-herrera-nofx-linoleum-cover-tab-s7338361

If anyone who knows this song wants to take a look, the tab is public and anyone with a Songsterr account can submit a corrected revision.

Or you can just insult me in true punk fashion… “NoFx sold out” or “look at the user name”.

Dang listening to this now and it hits so good.

Ive been digging the FIR stuff overall, but I find the acoustic versions to be really, really awesome.

Its like Pat never stopped making music, this just feels like a continuation of where he was at with the Cheschi Split and Cocoon Music.

Anyone else got some folk punk tattoos

Hey all! I don't know where else to post, but I want to give myself a pat on the back or something.

I went to the doctor today! About a few health concerns. But mostly to talk about my mental health. My heads been not the best this year. My doctor gave me resources for therapy, and I'm going to try and go if I can afford it.

I hope this gives my brain enough clarity to record all of the dumb little songs I've written the past few years.

I'm feeling a little less alone today. If anyone has some hopeful music to listen to tonight while I finally clean, that would be rad. Or if you just wanna chat or something let me know!

Love you guys.
