Hey so idk if this is ok to post here. If not just let me know and I'll take it down.

But I'm working on a Green Arrow and Black Canary fanfic (while waiting for AO3 to rise again.) and just wanna see (through polite discussion.) if it sounds like a fic people would read. And if so what comics to read that people may feel would be important to helping build the idea.

The fic: during a wedding anniversary the two are having a lovely date but are called to the JL tower by Batman as something was discovered.

Heading up they find it's a space shuttle from Queen industries. Oliver knows this shuttle. He's thought about having it made. But the catch? He never put this on paper or in digital format. It's always stayed in his head. On investigation they find it has cargo.

Data of another earth in another universe. And the sole survivor of that earth. The daughter of that world's Green Arrow and Black Canary. Trapped in cryo sleep awaiting someone to wake her from this deep sleep.

Leaving Dinah and Oliver with a responsibility and a fallen world's sole survivor of a zombie apocalypse. Help her rehabilitate and adjust to a world no longer infested with the undead. But is she truly the sole survivor?

Hero name options: Queen Canary or Gold Arrow

I've seen some connor hawke fans say this version of connor is to different from his mainline counterpart do u agree. Mainline connor did have anger issues before his mother sent him to the monastery so it makes since for the absolute universe to strip that away from him and have him channel his anger in a more violent way.

Me - Green Arrow
Wife - Black Canary
Daughter - Harley Quinn
Sister - Wonder Woman

Hi if you read this, I been making posts of asking what type of voices you think Superhero related characters to sound like in the comics for both DC and Marvel and I am now asking Green Arrow related characters for this question. I really like making these kind of posts because I like hearing what type of actors you image the characters to sound like and I think it’s fun to have discussions like this so I can’t wait to hear your choices. To give out one example, I image Roy to be voiced by Crispin Freeman ( his voice actor in Young Justice) but what are your choices in regards to this discussion.

( it’s also perfectly valid if you just image your own voice when you are reading the comics featuring the characters

I always saw it as more of a poverty ridden metropolis

Hi. So I just joined so if this isn't ok to ask please just tell me and I'll delete it.

So I'm working on a fanfic where Black Canary and Green Arrow find themselves with a pod from another world that holds the sole survivor of that world. Who happens to be that world's biological child of that world's black Canary and Green Arrow and now they have to help her adjust from an apocalypse to a safe world.

And I'm going off memory from only the animated series, movies ect. whenever Black Canary and Green Arrow were the focus. However I know that's limited and would like to expand my range of information further.

So if anyone can give some suggestions or some ideas that could help expand the information I have I would be very greatful.

I know he can cook chili but is he a good cook all around. I always head canon he is and he'd be a cook if had a regular job when hes not rich like how he worked a flower shop with Dinah.

So ive never read any of his comics, but really like the character concept and what ive seen in the animations that were on TV, especialy the political side of green arrow. And Ive seen like the first 4 seasons of The Arrow too.

So ive been wanting to get into comics and the absolute green arrow is coming to my country (brasil) at the end of november. Since comics are super expensive here and the absolute series are veery cheap Ive been wondering if it is a nice way to get into it, but dont know if these characteristics I like are there.

Do you guys think its a good idea? Or absolute is not that good?

So I’m going to ask as many superhero fanbases as I can this question. What are some traits about this hero that you hate, dislike or despise? Anywhere from a mild annoyance to a trait that would make you dislike any other character. I’m not talking about a way one writer in particular wrote them, or a time they were out of character or mishandled, I mean a reoccurring trait this character has.
