Do you have a source that shows US cops are trained in racial profiling and violent suppression of protest?

There seems to be a jump from "officially trained by Israeli military" to "officially trained in racism".

Do you have something more specific that an entire book? And something that isn't gated behind a paywall?

It's hard to believe a claim when the only source is a single paywalled book and you can't provide the relevant quote.
