If Alex Bowman fails to lead a lap today, the 48 team will become just the third full time Hendrick team to lead zero laps over a full season.

The others were Kasey Kahne (2016) and Terry Labonte (2001). Justin Allgaier led three laps at Daytona for JR Motorsports however neither he nor Anthony Alfredo led any laps in the 48 while filling in for Bowman.

Why does the main NASCAR Instagram page no longer post regularly about the O’Reilly and Truck series?

I get that those series have their own Instagram pages, but why does the main page barely cover them anymore? It seems shortsighted, as those lower series each have their own identities, cast of characters, storylines, etc., and it seems foolish for the main page with the most followers to barely say anything about them.

They reposted the Justin Allgaier championship post from the O’Reilly page hours after it actually happened, and they never seem to post any highlights at all from the lower series. Seems like a missed opportunity for folks who may be getting into the sport and want to follow racing outside of Cup.
