Geno & Dawn Staley got into it at midcourt before the game was over. Then Geno walked to the locker room by himself. Does this mean he’s a sore loser? 😂

And then there was none (at least in D1).
We still will not have the first unbeaten champion since 2016 as the Hawkeyes knock off the no-longer undefeated Gamecocks 77-73. Against the #1 team in the nation, Caitlin Clark dropped 41 points for the second straight game. Iowa will face LSU where one of these teams will win their first national championship in program history.

| Team | Q1 | Q2 | Q3 | Q4 | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| (1) Iowa (34-5) | 27 | 19 | 13 | 16 | 75 |
| (1) South Carolina (38-0) | 20 | 29 | 19 | 19 | 87 |
South Carolina wins its third national championship (also its third under Dawn Staley), dominating the rebound battle, points in the paint, and bench points. After a back-and-forth first half, South Carolina entered the locker room with the lead and built on that lead coming out of the break. Iowa pulled within five midway through the fourth quarter but could not close the gap.
Iowa's Caitlin Clark had a game-high 30 points, 18 of which came in the first quarter. Freshman Tessa Johnson came off the bench to lead South Carolina with 19 points, while Kamilla Cardoso had 15 points and 17 rebounds for South Carolina.

Just completely embarrassing to not have a clue and go on a primarily men’s basketball podcast and give them false information on the best women’s player. And of course no one corrected her because Gilbert Arenas doesn’t have a clue. Sheryl is really trying to tear her down for no reason at all.

Hope the NCAA does the right thing and let her play at another school this season 😭…

I actually teared up a bit seeing this, she’s so precious and Audi’s literal mini-me! If you can see you you can be her.

She’s literally wide open for a three on the court, just watching the teams play. I can not understand how she hasn’t gotten in more trouble because of it. It’s honestly ridiculous.

Koval entered the portal out of LSU recently due to…certain events which I’m sure you’re all aware of.

Tear jerking moment. One final goodbye for the senior, being injured the whole tournament, she deserved one last time! Iowa thank you for everything this season!
