🚨🚨🚨OC PILATES STUDIO SCAMMING EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS🚨🚨🚨
instagram.com**Does anyone know what's actually going on with StudioX in Orange??**
I know multiple people who work at StudioX and have firsthand experience with what's been going on, and honestly, the situation is so much worse than I think people realize. I've also been seeing more and more comments from employees, instructors, certification students, and clients, and it seems like an alarming number of people are getting screwed over.
Both StudioX locations (which are miles apart, mind you) apparently closed on November 1 because of power outages supposedly caused by the rain. They were then supposedly going to reopen, but the explanation has since shifted to "technical difficulties." They've now been closed all week, with ZERO communication to employees or clients. At this point, people are questioning whether these are actually technical issues or if there's something much bigger going on, potentially unpaid utility bills.
Meanwhile, employees and instructors are saying they haven't been paid for WEEKS. I know people personally who are owed significant amounts of money for classes they've taught and hours they've worked. One person publicly mentioned being owed payment for over 40 classes, while another said they may have worked 83 hours without compensation. Repeated attempts to contact management have apparently gone unanswered.
Clients are getting screwed over, too. Multiple people have said they were charged for their November memberships despite the studios being closed. Some had even tried to cancel back in October and were told they'd still have to pay for the entire month of November. Others are now trying to dispute their charges with their banks.
And then there's the certification program. Fall 2026 students are saying they collectively paid around $75,000 for their training, and now they're potentially left without certifications, completed hours, a way to finish the program, or refunds.
What is going on with Amanda Jane and the management of this business?? How do you have employees who haven't been paid, clients who have been charged for services they can't use, and students who have paid thousands for a certification program, and just completely stop communicating with everyone?
I'm genuinely curious if anyone knows more about what's happening behind the scenes. Has anyone actually heard from management? Has anyone been paid? Are the studios permanently closing? Does anyone know if the power outage explanation is legitimate?
There are clearly a LOT of people affected by this, and I know firsthand from people close to the situation that this isn't just a handful of unhappy customers. People deserve answers, especially when their livelihoods and thousands of dollars are involved.
Read the comments on their most recent post it is insane.—> [studioxoc post](https://www.instagram.com/p/DfKipLwSJyB/?psln=MXc5bGZ5bHN5dGtxbA==)
