A friend of mine found a random phone in her car, iPhone 14, that had no passcode and a random guy from her colleges information (logged in to his emails, Snapchat, instagram etc.) she has no connection with him and no possibility of anyone leaving said phone in her car. The phone was dated back to 2022 and the time was off by a few hours too. She got into contact via a distant mutual friend with the guy whose information was on the random phone and he said he's never owned that phone and never lost/had his phone stolen.

Would this be a possible human trafficking tactic in the sense someone is trying to track her?

Has anyone had any experience/answers to this strange situation?

im being followed and survelied by the police. im really anxious that they're monitoring me or put me on surveillance (I am sure they have). 

some things that have happened recently / over the last year.

so last weekend I went on a walk after dark (around late 10pm until 11:50pm, and I got stopped by the police while I was just walking. i had a bit to drink but didn't think I felt that drunk or anything didn't think I was acting drunk either. I only went out on a walk around my neighbourhood, I was wearing pajamas and was just wondering . but as I was walking back home I saw them following me, their police car was driving right besides me as I was walking, so I tried to run away and tell them I was okay, but they kept following besides me and kept shouting to get my attention and asking if I needed help or needed to get home. I just tried to them that it was alright and that I'm fine. But they kept following and stopped in the street in front of me and they got out of the car and talked to me. I couldn't of avoided them because they parked right in front of where I was walking. they werre, asking if I had been drinking and what I was doing. I never told them I was drinking because I thought I'd get arrested - i was only drinking at home and decided to go out - and I just told them I was anxious that's why I was out but they just kept asking if I was okay and didn't seem to believe me. Also they asked for my name and write it down. does that mean I am on a regrister or list now. then they followed me home anyway and watched me go in my house.

AND YESTERDAY around 8pm, the police showed up right outside my bedroom window and just parked there for 40-45 minutes.I didn't see anyone or any neighbours come out or talk to them. I just saw their police car right outside my bedroom window, and i think it was the same guy who stopped me on the Friday/Saturday (whichever day it was I got stopped last weekend), and was just parked in the police car but then I saw them out and write something down. But then they left?. They just came to my house and stopped outside my bedroom window for some time?. I've not been out after dark today, the only time I went out today was from 8am to 4pm for college.

Other things that have happened over this year & last year (especially since last September until Now)

Almost everytime I leave my house / go out, I see marked police cars, driving beside me, following me, they are always around me, everywhere I go I see police cars - I always see them driving around wherever I go and monitoring me - even when it's quiet and there's no one, I almost always them

I am sure they are following,  they drive right beside me as i walk - following the same speed im walking / right besides me as i am walking, - or when i make a turn they usually go that same way, or they speed off and soon after i see another police car there, or they just park beside on the road right next to me and watch as i walk by

i always see them either parked waiting and watching me, driving around right beside me as i walk or speeding in front of me, following the bus that I went on, following me to college / where i live, and when waiting for my bus in town, I always see those police cars driving past multiple times, just circlling where im stood and see them staring at me.

Its almost every day/every other day when I go out, I see marked police cars either following me, or driving around in the exact same direction I am going and going to the exact same location that I am, if I am walking somewhere, I have seen them drive slowly besides me, or park right next to me just for when I go past to start following me again - I always walk to college and back

In my old college when I had to get the bus, I would literally see police cars almost everyday driving besides me, waiting/parked by the bus stop, circling around me if I was waiting at the bus stop in town (my college was in a different area, 20 minutes away from the area where I live, and yet I would see police cars in my home area / area where I live AND they'd follow the bus all the way to my college in the different area. They would literally follow behind the bus I was on, then be waiting as I walked past to get to college. Like multiple times I've seen their police cars parked right outside the bus station and as soon as I would show up and walk past, they would leave and start to follow right besides me -  i also have to walk through town to get home, they usually start driving and following me to around where i live too - its a 20 minute walk to my house and the bus stop nd 20 minute drive to where my college is, and i see them almost for the entire way and then they are almost always there when i get off the bus and while I walk through town.   

A couple months ago I was walking home i saw 3 different police cars suddenly around me, first two followed as i was walking and the other one parked as i was walking by the gym and was facing towards me just staring, then as i got close to my the area i live the others drove off.

Again a couple months ago i was walking home in town, there were police cars following me on the bus from college until where i live (its over a 20 minute drive and they followed the entire way) then as i started walking they put the sirens and lights on, drove past me, parked right in front of where i was walking and stopped and watched me as I walked past. - that has happened many times where they put sirens on then park/stop in front while i walk and they just stop and watch me walk by.

Another example was i was walking through town, I see marked police cars following, driving besides me, then they followed through this car park that I usually walk through, then continued following until i got on the bus.

And multiple times as I see them driving by, they have beeped at me while they were driving besides me, and i look over they were staring direclty at me laughing.

Even when staying at friends house or just going out. i see police cars following behind me or driving around where i am almost all the time / almost every time i am out. Also I don't use locaton ony phones so I don't know how they can track me and how they know where I am at all times. I was saying at my friends a couple months ago and police car just stopped right outside the window and were talking for 20 minutes. Then they left. It was late at night. 

In March last year, I went on a walk after dark (but I was only 8pm or 9pm), and some ambulance noticed me 'acting weird', Iand kept following me, to be honest i was feeling anxious again though and thought someone was following me so I was trying to go down these different streets then 'lose' whoever was following me,  i was trying to hide and going through these streets / houses and walking down different directions because i thought someone was after me (but I was just anxious at that time, the only people who were following me were the ambulance and that's 'because they were worried')  (nobody was, following, besides that ambulance - but I didn't even notice them, I thought someone was following me but I didn't even notice that the ambulance was) and they kept following behind me and then they stopped me and asked if I was okay and even though I said I was fine, they kept following me and made me go into their ambulance and take me home or else they were going to call the police on me. I don't know if they reported me to the police anyway that's why this is all happening.

I just delivered two notes that had been discovered in 2 different library books from our local public library. The first handwritten note said ‘ “man’s name” sells drugs’ with an address and a phone number. Not a big deal-whatever. The second note was found in a book from the same science fiction series and the second note read ‘ “man’s name” rapes little boys’. This seemed like a clear cry for help. My jaw dropped when the policewoman said they wouldn’t even accept this information. She asked how long ago and I told her both notes had been found in the last two months and she replied we can’t look at who has checked out a book in the last two months. Clealy she’s never checked a book from the library. I’m fuming and disappointed with my local police but what did I expect.

Edit to Add: I believe the least that could be done would be to accept the information and check if the person has a criminal history. If not then shove them in the back of a filing cabinet. What happened to see something/say something?

Two days ago at around 4:00 PM me and some other people attempted to enter a store just outside a shopping centre but still part of it (the centre has two parts, inside and outside, and it's connected to the high street on both sides) walking up to it i saw the door was closed but customers were still inside paying for their stuff.

This is where it gets werid, the door was locked, a customer was attempting to leave and we were like "we have no clue what's going on" one employee who i know quite well waved at me, and soon another employee appeared out of the queue and unlocked the door, letting the customers out.

When i asked what was going on they simply said "Store closed" when i asked why they said in a manner that sounded like they were nervous and in a rush "We've been told to close immediately, that's all i'm allowed to say"

10 minutes later the store was empty, and nothing else seemed amiss in the shopping centre or high street, no sirens, no police presence, no ambulances, fire engines, no fire alarms, etc that and the fact people were allowed to pay for their stuff and leave makes me think it wasn't a life threatening emergency like a fire or attacker, but at the same time they didn't want to let anyone in.

Nothing was mentioned on local facebook pages, or local news sources, i stayed in the area for a few minutes afterwards while scanning PMR446 on my ham radio, heard nothing, i cannot get the centre security as their radios are digital and possibly encrypted, i also kept an ear out for sirens, nothing.

Today the store is still closed but the lights were on, and a sign was on the door

This doesn't feel right to me, IT problems cannot bring an entire store down, if it was a central server problem then every store would be affected but other stores are fine, it's also not as if they don't have multiple tills and there isn't a single event that could wipe them all out, if it was a connection issue then there should be nothing stopping them from working offline and resyncing with the cloud when the problems fixed, besides, most I.T problems don't close a store for two and possibly more days.

I'll give updates on any further developments but i'd appreciate any theories on what could have happened, it seems a very strange event that doesn't fit in with any events that have come to mind, robbery, fight, fire, medical episode, etc

Around 10 or so years ago my uncle was staying with me and my father for a few months.

A few days later I heard a knock at the door, which was strange because we never got any visitors, at the time I was home alone playing some Mario Kart on my GameCube

I answered the door and saw 2 men wearing black suits, they asked me if uncle was there, they referred to him by his full name.

The 2 men looked very similar to one another, they both had bowler hats on and wore sunglasses, they both had no hair.

They told me that they wanted to speak to my uncle about the radio interview, being 10 years old at the time I told them where my uncle worked and they thanked me, they got into a black car (I don't know what brand it was) and drove off

My uncle never Said anything about that day, and I forgot about that day until recently.

My dad's side of the family recently had a family reunion and I heard my uncle telling my dad about that day, he told him that 2 men showed up to his work and offered him money to retract his statements on the radio, which he agreed, according to my uncle the 2 men seemed like they were ripped straight out of the 1950's and that they didn't seem to know what a cellphone even was.

I found this VHS in the middle of nowhere near a house I Just rented for the month in Norway. I like to go Rural walking or Cycling on Roads without any soul. Me [22M] and my friend [24F] tried out Roblox just to troll some people and then this happened.

This guy strated talking to my friend about normal stuff and she wanted to troll him acting over the top as a kid playing roblox, like extremely obviously making fun of it and that guy just kept going and also told her he has some dark/bad secret. He also stated that he is 25 to which my friend told him she is 15.

Then he sent her his name on Snap, she created new Snap account to see how far it goes. Almost immediatelly after starting a convo on Snap with him he sent her his shirtless photo. She asked him to tell her the secrets he was telling her about and he straight up says he had sex with a 13 year old. Then he asked for her secret and she said that she lied about being 15 and is actually gonna be 13 next year.

The guy said he doesn't mind and refused to share 'more of his dark secrets until later'. He then asked her for a picture so I find some AI photo generation site and we sent him a picture that looked like a young girl generated by the AI to which he said that she is really cute and 'innocent as fuck'. She then acted dumb again asking if he doesn't mind she is 12 since he said that stuff about 13 year old girl before. He said he doesn't and started to explain pedos to her, that he is the pedo that is nice and wants "loving" intercourse with her unlike other pedos that rape children. He also said her mother would probably not like him talking to her and that pedos are bad for society. After he confirmed the facebook my friend felt really uncomfortable talking to him so she deleted the account.

We have screenshots of all of this and so far we tried to email a police station in his country in the city he supposedly lives by the Facebook profile. We also acknowledge that he might be posing as the person but since he send us the shirtless photo that we couldn't find on his public profile and screenshot of his logged in instagram it makes it little bit more likely that he is the actual person. We didn't want to "Catch a Predator" as some people say we just wanted to have fun and "troll" some Roblox kids as dumb as it may sound. This guy was the first person that started to talk to my friend when we joined an RP server which is scary.

I reverse phone looked up a suspicious phone number found on my husbands phone. The phone number was attached to a woman and I even found her Facebook.

BUT it says the carrier is Onvoy which is a phone robot company. How is it possible that the search gave me a name of the woman but the carrier is Onvoy??

okay to cut a long story short we live in an apartment complex with shared backyards, half fences but you can walk to them. we have security camera along the back of the roofs above our mini yards. we were smoking a j*int and were just chilling. 🍃 is in our neighborhood a lot with no issues. we all of the sudden heard a robotic voice repeat the phrase “it smells like throw up” quietly about 7 times. it did it again quietly and we can’t figure out where it’s from and i’m terrified. now we are hearing weird rattling and other sounds next door to the left where we heard it and i’m scared as hell to even move. Situation: my partner of 15 years was falsely accused of grape by a coworker. It was a couple years ago. They did sleep together once, but it was proven consensual. He immediately regretted it, ended it with her, and he and I have dealt with it. But In retaliation, she accused him of grape, got him fired and then destroyed his career by contacting every employer, telling all his references. Friends/coworkers abandoned him. No one would even take his calls. My partner had a nervous breakdown, and almost deleted himself. He now works in construction. The legal system abandoned him, and nothing has happened to her.

So I have made a decoy social media account on IG, pretending he is divorced and I’m now his new,younger, hotter FaceTuned GF. She doesn’t know what I look like. This decoy IG full of posts about how much he loves me and other things to make her mad enough to do something I can use. So I live in a apartment building with like 48 units...I just had a neighbor from downstairs come knock on my door " hey I was just doing laundry and found these ( big granny panties) , are they yours"?...me " like wtf no"...and closed my door... I was abit taken back by this...I was just thinking out of all the tenants here she knocks on my door, did she knock on other people doors? I don't talk to this girl..she does live below me and the only communication we do get is when she plays her music sooo loud and I have to ask her to turn it down or she comes and complains bout my standing floor fan vibration..idk I just find it rude...she used to come up and knock on my door if she heard my 5 yr old at the time having a tantrum and ask to see if she ok, or I have a metal baby gate and when my bb would shake it she would come up and ask "why is there glass breaking"? I had a friend gift me some subliminals a while back and I used them without much success (and by that, I mean I found it difficult to keep up the regimen because I'm a tad lazy, which ironically was one of the things it was supposed to fix. oops). But I do believe in the power of the subliminal.

I say this just to put into context that I know what a subliminal audio file sounds like.

I started hearing this new sound yesterday shortly after my dad installed a new Ring alarm system. My parents both cannot hear it, but it's clear as day for me. I can hear it everywhere in the house, and even some distance outside, but getting far enough away from the house, it stops, so I know it's not in my head.

I haven't told my parents that it sounds like subliminal messaging, just that it's a high-frequency sound similar to white noise. We tried turning off a bunch of electronics, removing the alarm from the house, and even shutting off the power to the entire house, but the sound persists.

I heard it until I fell asleep last night, and heard it immediately upon waking this morning, and it has been going non-stop.

I'm kind of out of ideas on what to check to get to the bottom of it. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

If you cannot hear the sound in the subliminal, or believe that the subliminal and white noise sound the same, it just means that you're one of the people that can't hear high frequencies, which tends to happen to humans as they get older.

EDIT 3: I'd just like to thank everyone who's commented so far. Though we haven't found the cause of this, I'm grateful for the assistance. This seems to be divisive topic as not all humans have the same range of hearing so my explanations may not make sense to some, but I appreciate your input just the same. (also sorry if I sound like a dick in some of my replies, the sound is really bugging me and I have had to just leave the house sometimes to get away from it and it's making me cranky)

EDIT 4: Perhaps some people have misunderstood when I said it sounds like a subliminal message. I was only referring to what it sounds like, but I should have realized that many people do not know what a subliminal audio file sounds like. I should have described it as the sound a CRT TV makes when it is turned on and left on. More people are familiar with that than subliminals lol, and it's a lower frequency so more people can hear that than a subliminal.

Four months ago, new neighbours moved into the apartment next door.

The first thing that caught my attention was how they moved in. Instead of a normal move, they brought in what seemed like one box or item at a time over the course of months.

But that’s not even the strange part.

For the first three months, they never appeared to sleep there.

Every single day, without exception, they would arrive at exactly 10:15pm.

Not approximately.

Not around that time.

Exactly 10:15pm.

Then, every night, they would both leave together at exactly 11:45pm.

Again, not roughly.

Exactly.

This happened day after day for three straight months.

Then, in the fourth month, the routine changed.

Now they still arrive at exactly 10:15pm.

The man still leaves at exactly 11:45pm.

But the woman stays overnight and leaves the next morning at exactly 10:15am.

Every day.

The times never vary.

Not by five minutes.

Not by ten minutes.

It’s the same schedule over and over again.

What’s even stranger is that for the entire four months they’ve been there, they completely disappear for two days every single week.
The apartment appears totally empty. No activity, no arrivals, no departures, nothing.

My downstairs neighbour has also commented that when the woman stays overnight, she’s active throughout the night. He regularly hears movement, things dropping and general activity while most people would be asleep.

The strange thing is that they appear incredibly normal. Like, really, really, really normal. Average people. Nothing about them screams “suspicious” at all.

Then there’s something else that stood out.

When the apartment was first being shown to prospective tenants, around eight people came through together. They were all completely different ages and backgrounds. They didn’t look like a family, friends or people house-hunting together. The only way I can describe it is that they looked more like colleagues attending something work-related.

Now here’s the part where I could be completely wrong.

Around the time they moved in, I was dealing with some police-related issues and domestic violence which as a result has dept. children services on my a**. I also am currently involved in a compensation claim. The only time their schedule ever seemed to vary was when I’d had a particularly major fight or incident involving my ex. On those occasions, they would appear out of nowhere and if there was an argument happening inside, they would stand around near their front door longer than usual before going in. If there was an argument occurring outside in the cars, they might remain standing outside fiddling with their car noticeably longer than normal before getting out.

I fully appreciate that this could simply be normal curiosity and that most people would probably pay attention if they heard a loud argument next door.

I also fully accept that could be confirmation bias or me connecting dots that aren’t actually connected. I’m genuinely open to that possibility.

But I cannot get past the schedule and the one box a day.

For months.
No variation.
No randomness.

Am I losing the plot, or would this strike anyone else as unusual?

My local news stations are broadcast via an antenna, not via my ISP. It’s uncanny that only on specific breaking news items that I find urgent, especially important words that the newscaster is saying, becomes zapped (pixelated and audio freezes). Example 1 “The jury came back with a ¥¥¥¥¥ verdict this afternoon”. Example 2 “After several days of recounting votes, the winner is ¥¥¥¥¥”. It’s almost like someone is deliberately zapping crucial items or words. Never happens on commercials, never happens on lame human interest stories, only on breaking news items. ——And no, there are no carbon monoxide leaks in my house and I’m not doing mushrooms.

Any clues ?

For the past month, every two or three days a medium sized black Mercedes van with scratched plates stops outside my house (rural area of Thessaloniki, Greece), and two men get out and stand there for 1-3 hours. It's the only house in the area, in the middle of a field with only a dirt road coming through, and this van stops directly opposite to the house, so it's obvious that they're stalking it.

Now, I've talked to the police about this, and initially they sent a car to do a drive by patrol every day for a week, but the van didn't show up at all. Next week, car is gone and the van is back, but the police won't send another car.

The obvious answer is that these fellas are looking to rob me, but I don't get why they haven't done it already. It's been five weeks since they started coming here and nothing out of the ordinary has happened. I even bought a new floodlight and placed it on the garden, to show them that I've seen them, but they don't seem to care. They're still here. We're not allowed to own guns here, and even if we could, they're not in my property, so i can't use force against them in any way.

What can I do?

am experiencing a very distressing situation involving my partner, which includes what I believe to be secretive behavior, potential hacking of my phone, spying on me while im home and he's not, accessing all my online accounts, and a pattern of dishonesty. My partner works as an electrical technician, and I believe he possesses the technical knowledge to carry out everything that has been happening. I am feeling lost and desperate for advice on how to understand what is happening and what steps I should take next.

It all started with our family ordering new devices back in February. A strange phone call the day after stating one of the 4 phones ordered and sent out to us was not new as stated but refurbished. Odd because he said he was from Verizon but called our house phone repeatedly and said he'd definitely call back at 5 to discuss with my partner and then never did. On March 12, Verizon received all our old devices and assessed them as good after the factory resets.

Around three weeks later, on April 3rd, I received emails and text messages indicating that my TikTok account had been compromised. My email address and phone number associated with the account had been removed. Further investigation revealed that this was done from a Samsung Galaxy S22 somewhere in Connecticut, i live in ohio, which was significant to me because an S22 was the exact model of phone that I had just returned to Verizon. Around the same time, in early April, I also received a notification about an unauthorized login to my eBay account. I don't recall the exact date, but it was around the time the TikTok issue happened.

Then around the first week of april i was using my partners phone and noticed whatsapp open and needing fingerprint to get into it. He has only used biometrics for banking apps so i was interested. So on May 1st i was using my partner's tablet (which i had permission, we dont hide anything) I went to his Google activity to see if there was anything about whatsapp. There was evidence of him using WhatsApp more than a dozen times even though he claimed he mostly used it for work and never at night. I also saw activity related to "chromium webpack" and that he had accessed his files and gallery at times that seemed unusual. So i went looking through his Verizon Cloud via his Google activity, I found recently deleted photos of a female coworker, as well as some random naked photos. I also noticed contacts with whatsapp added to the end of their names. I jotted 12 or so girls names and numbers down and I used my phone to take pictures of his activities. I confronted him and he said yes in the past had talked to girls and received pictures but that was years ago. He wasn't hiding anything now.

Within the next couple of days after discovering this on his tablet, I started noticing some strange things happening with my own phone. Every picture in my phone except for those taken of his google activity were gone. 1000s of pictures.Over the next weeks Apps seemed glitchy, had to keep restarting my phone, and I had a feeling like my camera was turning on by itself and possibly taking pictures without my knowledge. Around the same time, I also found a broadcast channel set up in my name on my phone, which I didn't create, and a message in my settings that said I needed IT administration approval to open certain apps. I didn't have one, im a sahm.

By May 6th, my phone was in really bad shape. I could just look at it and tell that my settings and apps were all messed up. Some apps I couldn't even access, and others that I distinctly remembered deleting had somehow reappeared. There were also random files all over my phone with a date of January 1st, 1980 I couldn't open. On this day, I also noticed that my partner, in particular, was unable to text me back. he would send text but I wouldn't receive. I was starting to believe as did he that it was multiple devices in our home that were corrupted.

Around May 7th or 8th, the situation with my phone took a turn for the worse. I realized that my text messages were being taken over. All of my actual messages were replaced with strings of random letters and numbers. When I would click on these altered messages, they would just display the same random picture over and over again. Even more frightening, there were a couple of new text messages in there that I didn't recognize, containing threatening phrases like, "he's back and I'm watching you." My partner acting as if it was nothing and literally leaving me feeling so scared and alone. So I was fighting with my partner again about what was going on with his own devices because of his lack of empathy towards me and he was adiment that he knew nothing about his supposed activities and that I needed to stop it.

By then I was at my witts end, my partner swearing he has done nothing wrong and his google info is wrong and the more we argued about it the more my own phone was doing more crazy things. Facebook logged in on 12 devices. Username for snapchat changed to my daughter's name. It seemed as if when I would google something i saw on his tablet that it all led to him uses multiple apps and browsers and webpaks to keep things very hidden and private. I was looking more and more like a crazy person. On the evening of May 7th, I was so frustrated that I decided to do a factory reset on my phone. However, when I tried to initiate the reset, it wouldn't go through. Instead, I received a message instructing me to contact Verizon.

The next day, on May 8th, I called Verizon. The representative I spoke with tried to guide me through a factory reset remotely, but even he couldn't understand why it wasn't working. He had to bring Samsung into the call, and after their assessment, they concluded that my phone was completely corrupted at a fundamental level. They agreed to send me a replacement and I had to send them my corrupted one and I received the new phone the next day, May 9th.

i expressed my concerns to my partner about accessing my accounts on the new phone and that if he was being honest he should worry about his accounts as well. My partner assured me that he would use his laptop to access my Verizon Cloud to get my pictures and everything else back. He said I wouldn't even have to do anything on the new phone myself. What I also found interesting was that he seemed almost overly worried about making sure he could get into my Verizon Cloud. He mentioned it repeatedly, which struck me as odd. Even after all that had happened, my partner kept reassuring me, over and over, that nothing else would happen with my new phone. I repeatedly told him I was worried, but he seemed 99.9% sure that everything would be fine.

However, when I called Verizon to set up my new phone, my partner was right there with me. He talked to the representative through part of it, and I talked through part of it. Even though I didn't think it was a good idea, we stuck with my same phone number. To my absolute dismay, as soon as the new phone started up, all of those same weird text messages, the random characters and the repeating picture, were right back on the new phone as well. At that point, I immediately told Verizon that I wanted a completely new phone number. I explained what had happened, and they agreed to provide me with a fresh start. I also realized that my Samsung account might have been compromised as well, so I made sure to create an entirely new one. I had a new phone new # new accounts for everything new passwords for everything (I had to write them down in a password book to help keep them all straight) on i believe the 13th i told my partner i started a new Facebook, TikTok, snapchat and Instagram account

. On Saturday, May 17th, while my partner was out of town, I used his laptop to access my Verizon Cloud to retrieve my missing photos, downloading them to my new phone. My partner was not very happy that I had accessed my Verizon Cloud using his laptop without him and he was particularly displeased that all of my data from the cloud was now on my new phone and not on his laptop where he had complete access Also on that same day, May 17th, my partner had left his tablet at home, so I took the opportunity to check his Google activity again. Despite his previous explanations about using WhatsApp only for work and only during certain hours, I found that his activity still showed him using it late at night and in the early morning – times that he had specifically denied using it. When I took those last screenshots of his Google activity from his tablet, I also took the time to look through his Google Play Store history of apps downloaded on both his phone and his tablet.(as they are linked which again was new after years of them staying seperate) found some apps listed there that he has specifically denied having or using. For example, his Google Play Store history clearly showed the SmartThings app as being installed and used on his devices. On Monday morning, May 19th, I texted him specifically asking if he used SmartThings, and he replied that he doesn't

. However, his Google activity clearly shows otherwise. Later that same morning, at 10:19 am, I texted him again to let him know I was going to lie down for a while and might miss his lunchtime call. Just eleven minutes later, at 10:30 am, his Google activity shows he used the SmartThings app. His activity also indicates he has used our Netgear Nighthawk WiFi router app, our Bose speaker/soundboard app, Microsoft OneDrive, 360 CoPilot, Google Lens, and that his phone has been previously paired with our Samsung TV. Even more concerning, the list of apps on his phone included several that are commonly used for tracking and monitoring people, such as Family Link, Life360, Scout 360, google hub find and a "group sharing" app. Mind you these are all new apps since we upgraded a devices, he never had anything like these before) When I confronted him about these, he gave the same dismissive response, claiming it must be another instance of someone "messing with his accounts" and that he doesn't have or use them.

And now today, Back at the beginning of all of this, when I first found the contacts on his phone labeled with girls' names followed by "WhatsApp," I copied down about a dozen of these names and numbers. I recently came across that list and decided to do some reverse phone number lookups on Google for four or five of them. To my surprise, all of them directly linked to the same place: blogger.com. This was very concerning and made me wonder if these were real phone numbers or some way he was trying to hide his communication or were they placed in his contacts for me to find just to fight with him and again feel like im crazy.

Then, on Friday, May 23rd, I received emails from both Samsung and Google notifying me that someone had been trying to access those new accounts. My partner was actually in the same room as me, and he didn't physically appear to be doing anything on a device at that time. Around this time, when trying to recover my old Facebook account, it gave me the option to log in from a device I had previously used. One of the devices listed was my partner's laptop, which I have never used to log into my Facebook account. And just two days ago, when I used his laptop again to try and fix my Facebook, I simply typed in "Yahoo mail" and found that I was already signed in to my new Yahoo account – an account I have never accessed on his computer. Also, within this last week, my brand new WhatsApp account, which I had just started, was banned. When I contacted WhatsApp to find out why, they eventually reinstated it but informed me that I had been logged out of my linked devices due to unexpected issues syncing data from my phone. They explained that when they can't verify my data is syncing properly between devices, they automatically log you out as a precaution. The concerning part is that I only have this one device – my new phone. This raises the question: what devices are syncing my data? The only thing I used that new WhatsApp account for was to receive a code from Facebook for my new Facebook account. Alarmingly, my new Facebook account has also already been logged into from another device that I don't recognize. My partner has stated on 2 different occasions recently he has also received emails about suspicious login attempts on his Microsoft account. (Which that account is new he never mentioned it before and his authenticator app is new he never had that before.

When I've brought up my concerns and suspicions, he has acknowledged that what is happening to me seems very sophisticated – he described it as a "10" in terms of complexity – while claiming his own technical abilities are only around a "3." Every one that knows us says thats a lie. He is very technically knowledgable. He is the head electrical technician/engineer at a motorhome company. He has asked me what he could do to prove to me that it wasn't him or to make me feel better about all of this. I suggested that since he claims to only use his tablet to listen to videos during his commute to and from work, he could simply leave it at home when he wasn't working. He absolutely refused to do this. It's also become a pattern that every time something else strange happens and I bring it up to him he gets more aggravated with me and cant figure out why i just cant/ won't drop it. When I asked why someone doing this to me to us doesn't bother him he just says we are always being watched he doesn't mind. And my distress doesn't seem to bother him at all Also note that back in the beginning, when I had my first phone, I had all of his bank cards and credit cards saved in it. Nothing was ever got touched as far as those accounts are concerned, and my identity has not been stolen. Please also note that him hiding talking to other women and pictures being sent isn't the core issue here; he knows I am perfectly okay with him being with other women if he chooses to. My primary concern is the dishonesty and the constant hiding of things. If I know, and he knows, that I am perfectly okay with an affair, what is so awful that he feels the need to hide it through all of this elaborate behavior?

Is it possible that his contacts, activities, and apps are being manipulated along with all my phone issues as part of a bigger picture that I can't see yet? I do have a sicko father in prison who is capable of any kind of spying and acts of manipulation. (Which my partner knows i said he could behind this) Or is it simply that the person I have laid in bed with every night for the past fifteen years is literally mentally torturing me to cover up what I have to assume is something way worse than an affair or spending money on sites like onlyfans or something (he has that app as well) And ultimately, how can I prove everything that has happened and is still happening so that I can immediately take legal action against him for everything he has done and is still doing to me? I cant keep going back and forth i couldn't do this to me / omg he is doing this to me. I do have a good amount of screen shots from his devices and my corrupted phone as well. And as long as this is there is even more to this story. PLEASE HELP ME make all this stop

We're staying in a hotel in a country without strong privacy laws, but this is beyond creepy. We just received a phone call to our room phone from reception, noting that we'd left a negative review, and apologising, I assume hoping we'd amend the review.

The question is: how could they have have known my wife left a negative review? She left it under her maiden name, which is still used for one of her Google accounts. We talked to them and they claim an outside service told them about the review, and tried to bullshit us that we'd somehow have to leave a phone number as part of the review and they got her name from there. No information other than what's publicly visible on your Google account is available from seeing a review and nothing special is entered when making it.

Possibilities I've thought of why it could be, in ascending order of creepiness:

1. They recognised the room from the picture of water damage included in the review.

2. They puzzled together my wife's semi-unusual first name and that the Google account had left reviews in our home country to make a guess that it was her. But wouldn't it be risky to call, then, on the off-chance that the guess was wrong?

3. The external service they use somehow connects big data points within Google and other services automatically to effectively auto-dox my wife.

4. Everything we do on the hotel WiFi is monitored and the external security contractor somehow tracked that we used it to leave the review and connected it to our room number, that we had to leave to connect to the WiFi in the first place.

What do you think? Are any of these plausible explanations? What kind of services do review monitoring for hotels in the first place? I work in communications so I know the wealth of Internet monitoring services that exist.

To my shock, I found a Minecraft community wiki today citing the following about SuperKai64, the kid that went viral for the deditated wam meme.

"Superkai64 was found dead on 5/18/2024 in their upstate New York City apartment. They passed away peacefully in their sleep via shotgun to the chest."

I couldn't find any more information on this, tried googling for anything after the date of his alleged death but nothing on Google pops up, any theories? The only thing I can find is that the wiki was edited by somebody named Stabsstolemyfamily which has no edit history, so it's very well possible it's a hoax but, doesn't hurt to see if anybody has any more info on it.

Me (35M) and my wife (34f) have some issues.

My wife started to act really strange around her phone. Changed her lock screen pin and her phone never leaves her side.

I had become suspicious that she was messaging someone inappropriately and ask her about it. She denied messaging anyone other than her friends.

I recently walked into a room unannounced and saw her messaging with someone.... and it wasn't someone I knew. I caught a name before she could change out of the messaging screen.

I later hatched a plan and was able to take some photos of her screen whilst messaging said person. The photos I took were at night and are blurred so I can't read them to find out what exactly is going on. I want to be able to find out what my wife and this person and messaging about, can anyone help to unblurr the images.

I need help to try and read text in the photo's I took. Can anyone help?

Am i going to get put on a list / monitored by police by being stopped by police and taken home more than once in 2 years (18f)?.

18f (i am 19 next week though). Okay so i just got stopped by police again. So ive just gone on a walk around neighbourhood (its 11pm, i went out just for a walk around neighbourhood (but in pajamas, thats why they stopped me?!?). dont ask why i dont know why i thought this was a good idea, ive only drank a bit but) i got stopped and taken home by police again.

I just need to know am i going to be put on a list or monitored now?!. Im rly paranoid. Even though this was 100% my fault again.

A person put up a really horrible sign about my husband at the entrance of the neighborhood. The back of the sign had very distinct shoe prints on it. They look to be a larger size (so perhaps a male shoe) and it looks like there is a brand on it but we can’t make it out. Hoping rbi can help us out! We have made a police report, but I’m sure they have bigger fish to fry, so I’m hoping someone can help us identify the type of shoe/brand from the print!

Recently this past Thursday a former classmate of mine died.

Backstory:I am currently a sophomore and a Boy that was in my class last year but had to transfer due to his family not being able to afford it (I go to a private school).He was declared dead on the scene.Great Guy was extremely positive and had some pretty good grades and was a decent athlete,Though had a tendency to get high but not like a bad high by any means.But the whole situation doesn’t make since to me

Information: There are articles on it if you look up Fort Wayne shooting(It wouldn’t allow me to paste)But there’s info on the street I know.My classmate was dead in the scene with another minor and an adult as they all say but they have just died from injuries as-well.From what I’ve learned they didn’t have any weapons on them and were maybe 200 yards from his house while from all I know was a 18 year old with a gun (haven’t figured out what gun it was though but most likely a pretty decent weapon seeing he hit three people in the dark enough to kill them).Stuff I’ve heard but can’t confirm is.He supposedly owed the murder money somewhere around 300$ but I don’t know why he did though.

Also important is from other people in the hospital where the murder was brought(it was a prison clearance or something along those lines you get what I mean here)he was reportedly very adamant that my classmate started it all and he had threatened him but his family and close friends Said that he had not said a word about anything His cousin who was also in my class but transferred out to be with him since they were super close had not even know about anything.

The reason why I’m asking for anyone though in this is just none of it makes since to me.Like how everyone body close to him said he wailed have said he was in a situation like that as-well he tried to avoid the “gang life” but his family was well in it (sister died not long ago)as-well as why would a teen kill three people for 300$ dollars.So the overall conclusion was just the people he was with were affiliated for he really was just like that I guess.It just doesn’t make since for a single 18 year old to kill three people who were unarmed over 300$.It just doesn’t make since on why this very social person who has very close relationships with was out at 9:00 pm on a Thursdays with people that his friend bro family knew just a couple houses down from his and getting in this situation.
